So disappointed in the service that I received today. I called ahead to let the staff know I was coming to order a coffee traveler and was told they don't take orders over the phone. That's okay. I pull through drive through order 10 bagels, 5 muffins and a coffee traveler for the nurses at my hospital that have been working so hard lately. I was told it would be 5-10min wait and to pull into a parking space. I waited about 30 minutes before someone brought out my order. She wouldn't even hand me my order before scolding me for using the drive thru for a large order. I was told not to do that again and it wasn't appropriate. I was also told that when you have a large order that they put yours on hold to make other shorter orders in the drive thru. Honestly I didn't think going inside at 5:30am was an option and I don't know how that would have changed the situation at all. She again reminded me before I pulled away to go inside next time. Completely unnecessary and I do not plan on returning after the encounter. Order was missing 1 bagel and 1 muffin. I was so upset that I decided to call to find out the employees name and was hung up on once and called back and when I asked her name she said "why do you need to know my name", eventually she told me CHRISTINE and then hung up on me. Impolite and unprofessional. I was just trying to do something nice for my staff and this ruined a good morning.
In addition to this, I reached out to Starbucks corporate and they offered me an $8 apologetic refund....
Read moreFirst avoid this place on the weekends, as there is no where to park or even attempt to try the drive-thru. There is a First Watch restaurant that takes over the area and it seems like the only place to eat in town on the weekends. I understand this is out of their control due to the other business next door to them.
Also don't try to go to this place during school days. It seems to be a daycare and teenagers are just loitering around.
When attempting to place in order in house or mobile, you risk someone else grabbing your items and making your 20 plus min wait even longer. Kids with no adult supervision are/ have been seen just taking someone else order without paying.
When you attempt to get an update on your paid items, there is no history of your items or at least that what it seems. When the store tries to fix your order, its wrong and you have to wait even longer.
I understand when when things are busy it can be overwhelming. Starbucks needs a quality control and something or someone to check an order that was placed with the person picking it up. It seems to be a free for all at the pickup counter and you can take whatever item you want. This isn't just this location, but all Starbucks. Fix the system
At this point you have a better opportunity to visit a gas station and make your own coffee for half the cost and you know the order...
Read moreI've lived in China and Spain and would often go to different Starbucks in these countries to do work and have gone to my fair share of Starbucks stores around the world. This is easily the best Starbucks with best customer service and seating options that I've been to :)
Woww. I just thought of a marketing idea. Starbucks should come up with "Starbucks Passports" where Starbucks stores at different countries have a unique stamp. (Or different cities, states, etc.) This would totally get me to make sure I visit a Starbucks each time I go to a new country or place to get that stamp. (Starbucks please do not take this idea without contacting me ;) )
Funniness aside, this is...
