While this Starbucks location has only been open a few weeks I have given multiple tries and have been more disappointed than the previous time with each visit. The staff has no idea what it's doing, they argue with customers over the exactness of their orders, and repeatedly get out their cell phones to play on them. On a previous visit I walked in and the line encompassed half the restaurant and was out the door after waiting 27 minutes the line had moved up one person because there is no organization and the Barista couldn't even figure out how to operate a cash register. Today, I walked in the restaurant was mostly empty with two people in line it took me 23 minutes from walking in the restaurant to get my beverage. The entire store seems obsessed with getting the drive-thru line moving but doesn't seem to give a damn about the customers waiting in line in the store. While this location is much larger than most in the area there is an immense amount of wasted space both behind the countertop and in the dining area as well. There is no area for people by themselves and I have multiple times witnessed the management tell people that they need to share their tables if they're dining alone. Today during my extended wait eyewitness to employees steal food. One of them told the other just taken aback right now and by the time it's your lunch time they won't remember that it's not been paid for and you get a free meal. This one employee was proud of the fact and brag that she has yet to pay for any food at the restaurant. This location is an embarrassment to Starbucks company and the corporate office needs to step in and light a fire under this this place or just shut it down because it's an...
Read moreI usually never leave reviews but this deserved one. I had a bad experience at this location where a barista was giving me an issue and also mocking another customer when they left (this man is a frequent customer he's he walks in almost every time I'm here) and I was inclined to say something to a manager and decided to just leave. I was driving past it on my way to another one today and decided to come back in and give this location another chance being that wasn't the first time I have experienced this type of behavior at this location. Today, my card declined. The chip hasn't been working well and despite me having funds in my account its picking and choosing where it wants to work. I spent a lot of money here over the years while in college and have never had this happen. One of the workers was kind enough to help me today with my order since my card wasn't working. I have never had this type of generosity at a location before and this made me feel so good that we have decent people in this world still that want to help out others in their community, I can't thank this employee enough. Hebrews 6:10: “God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue...
Read moreI don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I am also a true believer in constructive criticism. Lately, every time I mobile order, my drink is wrong. It’s so frequent, that it’s gotten to the point where I’m too embarrassed to tell them my order is wrong. I also use mobile order to save time so I can get to work on time, but it doesn’t work if I have to ask them to remake it each time. I’m not even ordering a drink with a ton of customizations. I understand that a mistake is going to be made every now and then, but it’s happening too many times specifically to me. The last thing I ordered seemed simple enough. It was a pumpkin cream chai, but instead of pumpkin, they put apple crisp foam on top. I’m not sure if the team just needs more training on the drink recipes or just needs to be more attentive with what they are making. I just want what I paid for. I hope this...
