Okay savage crew these guys bust their, But to get those drive times down, it takes alot of work. I watched them work 6 hours under 62 seconds (thats per time at window( I asked ryan one time) they are scrutinised for. 1:40 so when they get done, you got to Realise they are human and its not easy. shoot I have been helped hundreds of times with orders I always come in with a good attitude and they recipocate. I know from my visits they love to talk about their craft, to some this gets lost in the hustle and bustle people take drinks hourly that dont belong its hard to watch (I mind my buisness). I alway see customer complain till they get what they want. But what you didnt know, is those guys however odd or goofy love makeing frienships they were hired for that reason. Y’all I would usually absolutely avoid the location on Newberry rd because of an experience I had with a moody employee years ago. Today I pulled up to the drive thru speaker in my comforter(because it’s 44 degrees in FL today). I was greeted by Rachel who was not only super kind but graceful! Y’all she built my coffee for me on the spot by just asking if I would like to try certain different flavors. I normally only order on the app because I am that extra customer with all the add-ins lol. But my experience today was beyond me. As an entrepreneur I would value & recognize her skill and technique, she’s a gem and you don’t get many that can naturally flow. To the entire team down to the barista who followed the order, thank you! & thank you the you man at the window who let me add on a warm cake at the last minute! As someone who loves coffee but still couldn’t tell you the difference between a macchiato, latte, or cold brew, my heart truly belongs to this Starbucks location. I’m always greeted with the warmest smiles and so much patience as I stumble through explaining what I want without knowing the proper names for anything. The team here is endlessly kind and understanding, and they somehow turn my jumbled descriptions into the most scrumptious drinks every single time. They take the time to listen, offer helpful suggestions, and never make me feel rushed, even when the line is long (apologies to every other customer).
