Subway — Restaurant in Florida

I wish I could get a zero on the service here, I eat at Subway all the time on the road, Im a truck driver and its convenient but this is the first time I have had somebody with an attitude from hell at a Subway. So it's 12:30 lunch time nobody's at the counter so I decided to go ahead and grab me a sandwich, I got a tuna on white and told her just wanted onions and tomatoes on it. She put four little pieces of onion it with the tomatoes..I asked her if she would put a few more onions on it and she flew into a rage ...and told me no. I told her well I am paying for the sandwich and that's the way I like it so I'm not asking for lettuce or olives or onions or anything like that just a few more onions and if it's that big a deal I will pay for it. She told me they don't allow her to do that, I have never ever had a Subway tell me no they won't put more of something on there especially if you're paying for it. I was getting a little frustrated at this point I told her I really didn't need the attitude I just wanted to get the sandwich, and she told me I was the one that was making a big deal over onions and I could go somewhere else if I didnt like it. I just went ahead swipe my card got my sandwich and left but she was still in there ranting about how she wasn't losing her job over onions. It was a completely ridiculous encounter, and this girl does not need to be in...

So I come into the store yesterday after Milton hit sometime before lunch to get lunch for my family because we had been without power all night well when I am standing there and mind you there is only one other lady that is almost done in front of me..... The guy doing the subs started cussing loud enough I could make it out towards me and then saying I guess she doesnt care what I say shes still there. I almost had a break and just going on and on. HAD HE HAVE SAID can you give me a moment to use the restroom or whatever it was bothering him I would have understood and two there is TWO WORKERS not one he isnt carrying the load on his own. He just has a chip on his shoulder and wants to cuss at the customer and make sure they can understand what he's saying. My niece and I left and had my husband come back up later once it was night shift. This guy does not belong working there at all. He needs to be replaced period, between his mouth and the dirty looks he gave my niece and I he is a huge...

Have ordered twice online from this subway and both times have been HORRIBLE. First time they completely messed up the sauce and veggies for my husband and I's sandwich. They put olive oil on his tuna sandwich and put nothing on mine. His toppings were half the ones I ordered and half the ones he ordered and vice versa for my sandwich. I ordered again tonight thinking maybe they were busy. HELL NO they completely messed up my sandwich. Barely any toppings and I ordered a ham and turkey. THEY PUT NO HAM AND BARELY ANY TURKEY. I ended up putting my own ham on the sandwich to make it edible. I tried calling the phone number and there was nothing. Finally after the 20th time, it let me leave a message. Never again will I order from this subway. I would rather drive 20 miles to get a correct sandwich then even think about...
