Subway — Restaurant in Florida

It was upsetting today as I was getting a sander made why will the manger not help the worker only one worker at the time it was two of them there one working she allowed her to make sandwiches I only knew she was the manger because I ask why isn’t she helping the young lady said she was the manager so I’m assuming she the manger she make you make sandwiches also after making sandwiches you have to also ring customers up at the cash register I was shocked when the sandwich maker felt like it was ok for her to have a huge line while the manger didn’t even help her poor girl the owner definitely need to look into this I have been several subway the manger or the owner if they are present at the time they help all I can say Is poor girl why would the manager just let her do so much even if your doing other things you come back to it later that’s all help the customers first she just walk around back and forth like it’s ok to have this poor girl doing...

Only problem I have ever run into here is 1) they tend to run out of certain foods on a regular basis ( for example meatballs) and 2) is sometimes either the workers disappear to the back of the store and either ignore the door or they can't hear when customers walk in, and if they do know they take thier sweet time to come and take your order and my final complaint 3) is most of the staff seem to either speak very little English or they act like they can't understand what you are saying.... while my family and I have had all these things happen almost everytime we go there (at least monthly) the food is always fresh and compared to the area the service can j prove...

I went to this subway today for my kids. Poor and Sick Deplorable Attitude from the worker with no name tag. She never smiles, she acts as if she's so mad with the world and the customers for coming there. There's never no thank you and come again. Please people do the surveys, this is where it truly hurts these restaurants. My kids food order was simple and easy so I had no problem with the food, just the light skin young lady. The manager needs to fire her. She needs to work in a warehouse in a freezer with a bunch of guys. No customers should be seeing her face AT...
