Subway — Restaurant in Florida

Tonight is Wednesday 12/4/19 9:05pm the store clearly states its hours on the window and tonight they close at 10:00pm. As i walk up to the door I see all the lights on but no employee could be seen. I go to open the door and the door is locked. So being that it's 9:00pm they don't close for another hour. So i decided to call the store and an employee answers and i say "I'm standing outside of your door and I'm wondering why the door is locked when the hours on the door say that you don't close until 10:00pm." And her reply was "we close at 9:00pm tonight i was just now told to close at 9:00pm" now i can understand that happens sometimes but not often. I thought it was odd how she was just told to close 1 hour before her shift ends. So after the phone call Im still standing outside the door trying to figure out where to go eat now when i seen this employee come out from the back area and turn all of the lights off and starts putting the food away. ive seen something similar to this before when i was in my car waiting on my pizza next door at hungry Howie's. It was around 9:00pm maybe later and all the lights at subway were on but no one inside. I than witnessed a vehicle pull up and someone got out of the vehicle and it was an employee of subway the employee unlocked the door to subway walks in turns off all the lights walks out locked the door and leaves. I thought that was kinda odd. I believe there is a scam going on here where this employee and maybe others decide to "close" 1 hour or more before their shift ends so they can do whatever it is they do and still get paid for it. If i was the owner or manager of this subway i would look into the scam that's going on here. They have cameras and i gave a date and time that this happened. Im 99% positive that no one told this employee at this subway to close early. I gave a 1 star review considering i couldn't get service at this subway and that the store was "closed" 1 hour before they are...

Was at this subway today at about 11am and the only employee that was there was outside smoking and kept wiping her nose. I assumed there was other employees inside so I continued inside. Turned out she was the only one working atm. She went behind the counter and asked me what I wanted. I immediately asked if she was going to wash her hands before making my food. She replied " no, I'm going to wear gloves". So then I asked her if she would wash her hands while staring at the sink behind her and she again stated she would NOT wash them because she would be wearing gloves 😲 I turned around and walked out after telling her she's nasty and has no business making food!!! Show up 30 minutes before close to have the young lady working there run across the store and lock the door in my face. Tell he through the door that they don't close for another 30 minutes and she just flips me off and walks away. She is extremely rude. She was also there on my previous visit and is rude the entire time make a complaint to one of her coworkers to find out she is a manager?!?! Might wanna find another, she is driving...
