Subway — Restaurant in Florida

Food was not fresh , restroom women was broken and can’t be used . They stock the cartoon boxes in front of the restroom area . Moreover we were scared , a woman ( wearing subway tshirt , red hair ) and man walked next to each other and man screamed saying the he got injured by the employee of the Subway and his arm was bleeding . With all respect to their personal life they have no right to make customers and family scared during while customers are shopping and eating . Employees continued to talk over the incident and one another employee (man) says that if a woman do such violence it means he deserved it . I do not support any level of violence and I want both all individuals and management to take this comment as a constructive feedback and improve their behavior . I hope and pray that they can resolve their issues without hurting each other or making...

Edited and updated sadly, after numerous horrible experiences at this particular location. The employees are always in a bad mood and act like you are inconveniencing them by walking into the establishment. I know they changed managers a little while ago so maybe that's why it has gone down hill but I will go out of my way from now on before I ever go back here. The way employees treat customers is a direct reflection of how they are treated by management. Do better.

I usually don't do reviews however this shouldn't go unrecognized. Long story short, we're from Texas visiting family in Florida. We order several sandwiches on the night of Christmas eve. Website shows them to be open but they were closed when I arrived and wasn't able to receive my order. We were flying back to Texas the next morning. After Christmas I call them and explain what happen. Their customer service with me was far beyond excellent!!! I'm sure the food is very good as well but dealing with my situation as a person/customer show me that there is people still out in this world you can trust and is true to their words!!!!
