Subway — Restaurant in Florida

My daughter went to pick up a mobile order I placed and the lady there was extremely disrespectful. My daughter wasn’t sure on where to go so she went into the line to ask and the lady asked if she was ordering pizza??? Then my daughter said she’s picking up a mobile order and the worker asked what the name was and she answered and the lady says to go by the cooler. The worker had an accent and my daughter couldn’t understand her so my daughter went up to the cashier which is what she thought the worker said but the lady then YELLED at my daughter to go by the cooler and grab it. Used to be good, but went in today, they no longer serve veggie pattys and the veggies were clearly old...the employee confirmed they were from the prior day (though they looked a week old as they were all wilted and some brown) and he indicated the peppers weren't very fresh (but didn't bother removing them). I then went to get the tea I had paid for and they weren't serving any! When I mentioned my dissatisfaction, the employee just looked at the clock and shrugged. Terrible customer service and they clearly don't follow the typical subway...

Service was terrible. Showed up 15 min before closing and worker had a bad attitude when walking in. As I sat down to eat, I was rudely told that I had to leave because he had things to finish before closing. He said he needed to lock the doors and couldn’t have us in there. The time was 8:50PM.
