So disappointed today!
I came here thinking that I was going to get this great delicious sub and what I got was attitude and and horrible customer service. I asked the lady if the meat was roast beef and she just start making me a sub. I was trying to tell her how I wanted my sub and she just kept on asking I wanted this meat or that cheese or the next item. I get that's how you move the line, but there was literally only me and two women in front of me who were together and also still thinking about what they wanted in there sub. Then when I said slow down she said "Aye Yi Yi!" I was honestly done at that time, but the guy took over. He then started doing the same thing as she was. So I calmly told him that I get that they're trying to move fast but I need to know somethings before I make my choices and they can't answer my questions if they keep asking me what I what need. Then he said something about taking to long. So, turned around I sarcastically said "I'm for taking to much time" to the nonexistent customers, and then told him that there's no one in the line behind me and the women in front were still ordering. He then told me straight up that "it's not about wasting their time, but I (He) don't have the time." Shocked and puzzled, I tried to continue ordering, but, without any hesitation, he went right back to rushing me through the order. I paused, took a deep breath, thought about it, and then said "you know what? F**k it. I'm good." And then I walked away.
The reason I'm so disappointed is because I've NEVER had any bad experience like that from that location; EVER!! I always praise that location over to the one on 27th Ave and have NO problem travel there even though 27th Ave in much closer to me.
Not sure what happened to this Subway, but I know from years of experience that this is NOT the typical service they give.
If you work in ANY restaurant business whatsoever, then you MUST learn the Art of Customer!
These employees have NO idea who I was! I could have been a secret shopper. Maybe I am. To point is that You Never Know! That's why you treat every guest/customer with the best customer service possible.
If the Owner or Boss or whoever are over these two employees is reading this, please stress the importance of Customer Service to them!
I was about to spend about $20 or maybe even more there, but now I'm not sure if I'll ever go back again.

One year has passed after my review and still this restaurant hasn’t changed. I came an HOUR before closing and the employees tell me they are closed because “There’s no Bread”. What a shame. This is a horrible experience with two closed subways before the actual closing time the same DATE.

This location only accepts "Exact Cash or Card Only" at night and half the location's lobby it's closed between 8:00 PM -9:00 PM but I still didn't complain because I'm a current restaurant employee and do understand some employees like to "pre-close" to get out early. The problem today it's that apparently now the soda station is also close before 9:00 PM because they don't have cups. Not only was I told this while I showed my cupon on my phone the cashier said "You can't use that cupon either "cause I don't have cups" without even giving me any other options or at least having a better approach. I love Subway and really hope they correct this issues fast because having great food it's not the only priority, service it's too.

Read moreTo start, the place was filthy, they had 4 people serving and one in the back, the one that started my order, wouldn't give me the hot herb and cheese bread because it was hot...she said she couldn't touch it, so I had to get white bread. After getting my whole order, made with people that didn't have gloves on, or hairnet...they were touching the food with their bare hands I took the food and as soon as we open the subs , they were all cold, meatballs cold, I came back to tell the person about it and she was rude screaming that she already had it warmed..I told her well it wasn't warm , she took the sandwiches and threw them in the garbage and kept screaming at me like I was the one in the wrong .. The store is the one on 3200 NW 79th Miami. It was a horrible place I never had gone to a place where I'm paying and get treated that way....hope you guys are able to pick better people to deal...
