This location has bad management and disrespectful customer service. Upon walking into the employees were all standing in a circle laughing loudly and lolly gagging while the bathrooms were dirty and restaurant tables had debris on them. They were no straws catch ketchup or sauces available which tells me that the restaurant is being poorly managed with inventory. We were told that there are no more straws in the restaurant and have to wait until the truck come in. We ordered a chicken sandwich add tomatoes cut in half which the order we receive did not have the tomatoes on them and was not cut in half so to fix the solution the employee handed us to tomatoes in a cup and a plastic knife which I find to be very disrespectful and very lazy. Basically that is telling us to put our own tomatoes on our sandwich and cut it in half ourself. I asked the manager to fix the solution and she acted like she didn't want to solve the problem there was no apology or anything. Looks like to me the district manager needs to pay a visit to this location and pay attention to detail on things going on in that restaurant or maybe a management change is needed. Read moreI frequent this drive thru about once every 2 weeks on my way to work and it has seriously gone straight down hill. The last 3 times, for no apparent reason….I was asked to pull forward and they would bring it out. This process took over 8 minutes. I figured at least my food would be hot, no such luck, it was barely warm. There was no one behind me on any of these things occasions who’s order was ready that this would have benefitted so I asked why. I was told they had a big family order they were working on. So I asked her how that affected me sitting at the window instead of pulling up…..she pointed to their order screen and told me the time for our transaction wouldn’t stop until I pulled up. I told her our transaction wasn’t complete. And then I got the “I’m just doing what I’m told” answer. I was already running late So I told her to cancel my order and refund my money. She had to get a manager who told me I had no call to scream at people….🤣🤣 I explained to her that at no time did I raise my voice, I just questioned the new protocol. I was told “yes you did, you really did”….. 😳 the whole thing left me dumbfounded….. but I won’t go back or recommend them to anyone else. Read moreWe were staying at the Beat Western right behind the Burger King in Yulee FL. We don’t eat meat so we’re looking forward to a Impossible Whopper for a late supper. All the doors looked with no signage to explain that only the drive through was open after 8pm. We knocked on the windows as we were on foot. We could see a female employee in an office on the phone, although we tried calling first from our hotel room to see if they had the Impossible Whopper, no answer. After knocking a couple of times, she was obviously angry that I I interrupted her phone call, yelling angrily “I’ll be there in a minute”! She came to the window, asked what we would like, “we just ran out of Impossible Whoppers”. I suggested that there must be some frozen and that we would be fine to wait. Nope NONE at all left. I don’t understand how you can run out of frozen burgers, only Impossible Whoppers. For those of us that do not eat meat, this is our only option. After a long day on the road, it was very disappointing not to have a meal. Please stock enough, perhaps order more before you are close to running out.
