Krystal — Restaurant in Florida

You MUST stop here!!! This Krystal is the BEST!! Seriously!!! I rarely ever post anything, but these guys deserve a shout-out!

Every other Krystal we have ever been to was slow service and the food was ehhh. This one is miles above the rest. They are always professional and courteous... they are quick yet accurate and the food is always fresh and hot. The drive-thru staff is amazing and always friendly! Our most recent visit was a gentleman named Tobias. He was a well-oiled machine! Welcomed us and asked us politely to take a quick look at the menu while he finished up with his current customer, he read back our order, greeted us kindly at the window and we could hear him call out our order to the hard working cooks and baggers as he gave us our drinks and ran our card.

This may seem as though I am exaggerating, and No, I am not Tobias's mother or grandmother. I truly want people to know that this is not just another fast food stop off I-95 tucked into a Circle K gas station. They really do give GREAT service and delicious food. This restaurant takes pride in their service and product and it is refreshing to have this level of service somewhere other than just CFA!!!

Went in to get some Krystal's as a special treat because we no longer live near a Krystal's. We arrived during the change over from breakfast to lunch. Not a big deal we were looking to get lunch items. There was a gentleman in front of us trying to order breakfast, which the cashier was taking. The gentleman paid and was waiting for his food when the manager said they were out of biscuits, so the cashier relayed this to the gentleman. The gentleman asked how long it would be before they would be able to have some Krystal's would be ready. The cashier relayed it would be 15 minutes, and asked what the gentleman would like to do. He asked for a refund as he didn't want to wait. So the cashier stepped aside to get the manager, who said "Ugh, he can't just wait 15 minutes?".

That ended our trip to Krystal's. The gentleman was polite and respectful, and the manager acted like the customer was in the wrong for not wanting to wait 15 minutes for food that wasn't what they originally wanted. Plus the fact that it sounded like the manager didn't want to do a refund, just didn't sit right with us. Maybe we'll make it to...

Listen! This place is a sleeper!!!! I roll up to the gas station on SR200 and see this Krystal attached to the side of it. I say to myself "Self, you need to give this spot a try, you are hungry, and you've never tried this spot before.". So I top off, and head into this little burger joint. First things first... Not busy, not dirty, and not noisy. I don't even get all the way through the door to the place and BAM!!! I'm hot with a nice loud 'WELCOME TO KRYSTAL!' from the cook. That put a smile on my face! I get to the counter and look up at the menu. It's simple enough, little burger packs, chili cheese fries and such... So I put my order in with the same gentleman that had greeted me, and he sets off to make the order. As I look around the place I learn via the old pictures of other KRYSTAL establishments that this restaurant chain has been around for over 80 years, and not much has changed with the menu items.
