Im a regular customer . I walked in to order a smoothie bowl. A young woman with freckles and red hair was behind the counter, putting her personal items in her wallet. After noticing that, I said, “Take your time please, I’m in no hurry”. She looked up at me and replied, “What?”. I smiled again and said, “I see your putting your things away, I said take your take, I’m not in a hurry.” She smiled and chuckled. I waited for a few seconds. She then looked up at me. She didn’t say , “thank you for waiting”, didn’t even greet me. She stared at me with a blank expression. I continued to tell her the type of bowl I’d like , and started naming the toppings I’d like. Again, this is the same way I order other bowls with no issues. But this was the first time I ordered this particular one. As I stated the 3rd topping, she rolls her eyes. I paused, and asked, with genuine concern, “is something wrong?”. She replied, “Do you want everything in the bowl?”. I replied, “No, this is why I’m stating everything I want in it.” She replied, “Well, you can just tell me what you don’t want on it.” I paused, and just told her it’s okay and left. She didn’t make me feel welcome, and she seemed highly annoyed from the beginning. I really wanted a smoothie bowl, but I refused to just go along with her being rude to me and swipe my husbands card. It really made me sad, and I felt like I was an inconvenience to her because I didn’t phrase the order, how she wanted me to. I called to speak with a manager and was told she doesn’t know when the manager will be in. I asked for an ETA, I was told the manager just comes in whenever. She then said, I’ll put your name and number down for her to call you when she has time. I politely told her I will call...
Read moreFirst time visitor, and the bowl I chose was tasty, although lacking on some of my requested & charged-for topping(s), but I still enjoyed! The store was empty, aside from the single younger employee & she made the 3 bowl order in under 10min - which isn't at all unreasonable, and she wasn't rude (just super quiet). But when the bowls were made and on the counter, the employee went back to another task, so I asked her what sort of carry-out container they may have, because i saw none, and she said she'd have to get some bags from the back. She did, and sat them on a side table, and then sat one next to me while I was getting my bowls situated, and she went back to some busy-work; they closed in 45min from when I was bagging my order (open til 8pm this night). The reason for the lesser-review: If I knew i'd have to make my personal order "to-go ready" with lids myself & then bag it all myself, I likely would not have even elected a tip upon placing the order. But due to their Square p.o.s system, you don't get to wait and tip based on service and hospitality, when using card payment method. As a result, I will now resort to only tipping in cash, and only post-service/order completion. Always carry...
Read moreI gave this place 2 stars because of the service the girl making the food was not friendly , and I waited while the girl took a phone ordef while i was standing right in front of her. for those that work in customer service the number 1 rule help the customer who is in front of you first. That's not the only reason the main reason is . I waited at least 10 min outside after telling her I would be outside when my food was ready. I noticed that several people in the resturante that came in after me were leaving so i go inside and asked the girl if my food wasd done she looks at me and says yeah its been done. I was like ok thanks for not letting me know I got a agaci bowl and I loved it so food is amazing . Whoever that girl was is going to ruin your buisness if she is not excited about what she does. You employees can make or break...
