I brought my phone in to get a new charging port, the girl that works there looked online at the vendors they use and told me no one had one and that they must be out of stock. I was told I could leave my phone there and she would keep checking their sites to see if anyone had one, Well fast forward a week later and there sat my phone in the same place she originally put it and still no charge port ! Call me crazy but shouldn't you inform your vendors that you have a pending order for the charge port so they know to order one/some too. Furthermore I did call this business before driving over there to see if they repaired or replaced charging ports...…..they said yes! Next time you should include the fact that your phone could possibly sit there for a week or more waiting for a vendor to post they have the part you need. ..............Thank you for your reply back . Top Notch! If I could leave a 6 star review I would. I went in just before the holidays with an I Phone 6 s Plus and the screen was not working. The experts there were able to diagnose the problem on the spot and get it in for repair. They even lent me a loaner phone so that I could keep in touch with my family out of town over the holidays! Great customer care. They did a fantastic job transferring over all my data without a flaw and even installed a glass protection shield for me. Had to replace my old battery in my iphone as well as get a new glass screen protector. The total came out to $134.33 for anyone wondering prices. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly and finished my phone in about 45 minutes or so. The only thing I didn't like necessarily was that they asked for a passcode to unlock the phone. I am to understand that the reason why they need your passcode is that they want to ensure that the phone won't spontaneously restart itself repeatedly at the three minute mark, after the battery is changed and they need to be able to unlock the phone to test this out. I completely understand their logic behind this, but I think to many people, including myself, that relinquishing what is essentially your most prized possession along with all the sensitive data in your phone, is kind of asking a lot of people.
