Began by purchasing my wife's engagement stone and band. Geri showed my several stones and helped me to choose the best one.

After my fiance & I got engaged, we struggled to find a design for her wedding band, but they were able to take a design we found online and custom-make a band especially for my wife.

After the wedding, they soldered her 2 bands together free of charge. They did an excellent job, but my wife wanted the 2 bands a little closer together. They resoldered it absolutely free and it came out perfectly.

We also ordered my wedding band through them, and ended up replacing it with a different size after the wedding. Geri made sure we were able to make the exchange without any cost to us.

Geri and her team are top notch, and I couldn't recommend them...

This is the only jeweler I will go to moving forward. The knowledge and expertise is above the rest. I had gone to 2 other jewelry store’s looking for a repair in my wedding ring set; one sent me on my way just saying they couldn’t do anything the way it was and the other just tried to get me to change my ring so she could sell me a $5k diamond. Here I was sat down and given options along with pricing. (which was very reasonable) The jewelry repair expert was consulted, questions I had were answered thoroughly. The time and patience Geri (who is one of the owners, an expert in jewelry design and really just all things jewelry) spent with me, gave me time to make a decision and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. True professionalism...

I brought around 10 pieces of jewelry for updated appraisals. I was charged over $500, closer to $600. The last jewelry store charged me less than $100 because the appraisals were already done and filed with USAA. They just needed to be updated. It has been several weeks now and I'm still waiting to get my jewelry back. I paid up front because those from this area had told me such a great things about them. I felt it was painfully inflated prices yet paid it because I am trying to get my jewelry insured before I move. When I called and spoke to the female owner and told her that it was past the date it was promised to me there was no apology or reasonable explanation. I'm becoming...
