I went to this Taco Bell on 09/06/17. I waited 20 minutes in the lobby for my food finally I got my food and it was wrong I was missing like 5 items and I had one item that I didn't even order when I looked over the counter there was nobody there and i was saying hello miss can you help me to lady at the drive thru window who was the manager her name is sherry I found out her name through another employee but as I asked for help she just looked it me finally some guy came from the back and asked if he could help me I said yes y'all are missing a lot of stuff on my order he said it is not my fault I said then who is it he said I'm sorry I meant in the front counter guys fault at this point the lady managers sherry rushes over grab my food and says here's your money back I said no I would like to have my food I have coworkers that cannot leave work that are waiting on this food she claims I come in there all the time doing this I guess she thinks I come in there all the time asking for free food or something I have not been in the store and over a month and I don't do that kind of thing i usually go to the store down the street she said she was not going to remake my food I asked her if I can get corporate number and she said have a good day sir.....I said can I please get your name she said you don't need to know my name... this was the worst manager in the world how she got promoted is beyond me even her coworkers think so I will never returned to this Taco Bell if this lady continues to work there there was no excuse for that I called one of the stores they said they would have the owner call me but owner has not returned my call worst service on the beach I love Taco Bell go about every other day on my way to work but I am sad to say I will never eat at this Taco Bell again as long as this lady works here to the staff that did their job thank...
Read moreToday is June 20th just after 3 pm I'm sitting in line in my black GMC truck. 2 men one black and one mexican with weed blowers . The mowing crew came down the car path on either side of the peoples cars who already ordered and waiting inline. Blowing dust and sand all over the cars . I had to close my window. I ended up with sand on my hood. The 2 men walked as far as the window and returned back down the same paths they took blowing sand. I was the 3rd inline to get my order. They saw me in my truck looking at them. I didn't say a word. They both stepped in front of my truck to block me from moving forward staring me down.while holding their weed blowers. Like what you gonna do about it. I was about the call 911 and have the police deal with this type of disrespect. I've never seen anything like this before. Watch your security video footage and see. It's like those protestors in California blocking a car path. The 2 men came down either side of my truck. The mexican swung his sand blower at my driver's side window almost hitting it , trying to intimate me. I live here and I'm a businessman here. Do something about this. I was trapped like a rat where I couldn't get my truck out and leave. I want an answer to this post. If I don't get one I'll have the police come and get your security video and deal with it. What I saw was dangerous for the public and dangerous to the finish on people's cars. And dangerous to your customers. Those 2 could have waited for the cars to leave the path amd finish their work. That wasn't their plight. They wanted a reaction from people to start some trouble. Right now I'm not a happy Taco Bell camper. Make me a happy Taco...
Read moreReally not impressed with this location. They got my order incorrect, it was supposed to be a combo with a Chipotle chicken burrito and a soft taco added on. System is having issues so I am told to pull forward and I'll get my total there. No biggie. Get to the window pay, price seems off but I'm out of state so maybe it's right. Wrong. They have a grilled cheese burrito added on no soft taco. So I tell them that we didn't order this and tell them what we did order.
The girl working the drive thru says "okay I'll comp the burrito you just have to pay for the soft taco" mind you the burrito we didn't want but got charged for is $2.99. What we wanted was $1.39 and $2.00. She couldn't get her head around the math and that If I owed anything it was 39 cents. Finally she decided we weren't budging and decided to do what a proper business does when they make a mistake and fix it without trying to make the customer pay more.
After all that the food was cold and they gave us the wrong sauce. Do yourself a favor and hit up a different location. Would be 0 stars if it...
