Predictably Good Quality Subs. Nice to see menu mods.
PROS: New Subway Menu Consistent Quality of Product "Store to Store" Fairly Stable Pricing ($)
CONS: Service: in no other Subway do I get the Negative Vibe received here (Why does Staff need Attitude? Are they Owner family members? Does the Owner/Proprietor recognize & endorse current behaviours? I do not want to be engaged in Today's Socially/Politically Correct Rants. I expect to be welcomed, assisted with my order, receive and pay for a quality sandwich and provide a Tip 99% of the Time. I'm sorry, but this New Social Attitude/Norm is Very negative and harmful to everyone.) New Menu Complexity - way too Busy. (GOAL: 1. Maintain Guest "options", and 2. Simplify the Subway Store/Guest Menu "Interface") Eliminate Difficulties for "Challenged" Guests. "Best Quality Glasses" will not solve visual difficulties posed by well-meaning but poor design choices. "Looking Cool" is not the same as "Easy to Read and Understand". Everything else equal, the "latter" attribute improves sales. Poor Selection and Mixing of "Text" fonts, styles, size, colors, etc. Poor Text/Background Color selections...
Read moreI’ve given this Subway location multiple chances, and every time it’s the same disappointing experience. The woman who works there has one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered in customer service. She never greets you, doesn’t smile, doesn’t say “thank you” or “have a nice day,” and half the time she’s looking off somewhere else while you’re talking to her. It feels like you’re bothering her just by ordering a sandwich. Another customer I overheard had the exact same complaint — she comes across as cold, unfriendly, and completely uninterested in her job. It makes the whole interaction uncomfortable and unwelcoming. On top of the poor service, the food quality has gone downhill. The bread was so tough it was literally like jerky, which completely ruined the sandwich. For a place that advertises “fresh,” that’s the last word I’d use to describe it. Overall, between the rude service and the bad food, I would not recommend this Subway. There are plenty of other places that actually appreciate their customers and serve better...
Read moreI walked in here and there and the older, foreign guy that was working was making a sandwich, and nobody else was in there, so I'm guessing he was making an online order. We'll, I was in there for about 5 minutes max...and he never said a word or even acknowledged that I was in there. There wasn't a "Welcome to Subway" or "I'll be with you in a few minutes", he just ignored me like I wasn't even standing there. That's just weird to me, and it's bad customer service. I just left the restaurant without saying anything. I don't know if the guy was having a bad day or if he is really that much of an a-hole, but it's funny to me that he was acting stuck up, and he was just making a sandwich. I mean, I respect all professions, which is why I'm reacting like this, but he acts like he was in there saving lives or doing something important like a surgery or something. The guy was just making a Subway sandwich. I left, and went to the Subway on Thomas Drive that's connected to the redline store, and I got great...
