I stopped coming to this taco bell because they charge 50% more for the same food. I ordered an online exclusive meal and at this location it's $8.99 vs the others nearby are changing $5.99. Taco bell is supposed to be cheap, but not at this location, so despite the good customer service it's not worth the price hike when I can drive 2 extra minutes and get it cheaper.
Update 2/5/2024 Came to the 67 and 8st location because my favorite location on Flagler was closed...unfortunately this experience was not good because I ordered online and the pickup was normal, lady that handled my order was nice. The problem happened when I got home and took a bite out of my meal to find I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered a black bean crunchwrap and got a crunchwrap with the refried beans instead. The lady did not mention this or bother to offer a substitute. I got home took a bite and spit it out because those refried beans are gross but WOW how do you just make whatever you want and not tell the customer? A simple "hey, were out of this, I can offer this instead" thank god I don't have any allergies. Next time talk to the customer, don't just make whatever you want for then to have a pissed off customer. I place my order but noticed that they had the “cheesy fries” back, when I got to the window I wanted to add to my order this item. The cashier (girl with red hair, I didn’t get her name), not only denied to add to my order by telling me; “sorry, we don’t add anything to orders.” Not only have I added many times before to my order with no problem before this at this same location. But instead of just adding the fries which it was something simple, no to prepare, I guess she rather have to throw away my $22 order already made, instead of adding one more item to my order. I don’t blame the store, but rather the training she received. I’m a District Team Leader at a known retail chain store and that’s a HUGE NO-NO, “never turn the customer away” SPECIALLY if you are gonna up the sale and add item to ticket. Read moreIf I could give this place a zero I would. They had really bad customer service the tables are sticky and they had no lids for the cups except for the small/medium cups. Not to say that I was standing there for more than 10 minutes while the was no one there but me and one other person and they we tending to two cars that where outside but yet did not even greet me. I stepped to the ordering yourself computer because I was tired of waiting but I hate using it! The woman comes tends the other person and still doesn’t ask to tend to me. So when I saw that she was tending to the guy I got behind him so she could take my order she takes his order then once she’s done with him she looks at me and tells me your going to have to wait more time before I can take your order.
