China Buffet — Restaurant in Coral Gables

Very good Chinese buffet with a wide variety of hot and fried Chinese specialties as well as a good variety of sushi rolls, salad bar, dessert bar and really good soups.. they even have pizza and plantains.

For about $10 for lunch this all you can eat buffet offers multiple seafood dishes including salmon, white fish, muscles and a crab and shrimp dish most all the time..

They have a wide variety of fried items including egg rolls, chicken nuggets and french fries. Really good fries.

Their salad bar is fairly complex and they have multiple specialty salads.

The dessert bar has a variety of finger size cakes as well as at least four flavors of ice cream ice cream cones and a wide variety of fresh fruit. They also have their own special flan which is an egg custard.

They have wonton soup, beef soup, as well as excellent hot and sour soup.

They also offer fried rice as well as lo mein noodles.

Finally they offer a grill where you can build your own dish picking your own meats and vegetables give it to the chef and they'll cook it for you with your choice sauce.

It's an incredible deal considering the food is a very good quality.

I have literally been eating there for 10 years.

Best advice is go soon after they start lunch and dinner when they are busy they are the best.

All buffets suffer when the food sits at the end of lunch and dinner service so it doesn't do as well when they stop...

Was automatically seated and served drinks in less than 3 minutes. The servers were fast and filled up the cup as it was getting low. The food was great and had a large variety. Loved the personalized plates the chef's cooking skills in the back were lovely. The only bad part of my service was towards the end when we were asked if we were done eating then about 10 minutes after that given a check to leave. We ended up leaving after we had seen the gesture. Ask we were walking up to the desk to pay like we usually do we were stopped by a tall waitress who had told us "no you pay with me" and took the ticket from my hand to pay at the desk we were already walking to. It was a very disturbing encounter as we had been here a few other times in the past id say 5 months. Usually we've paid around 36 but this time we were charged 41 after she took the ticket from us...

I hadn't been to this buffet in at least 15 years. Found it on Google and decided to give it a try. We were a party of 2 and because of that were told to sit at a crammed corner table. When I asked the host if we could move to another location as it was uncomfortable he just started with annoyance man clearly is fed up doing this job. It's mainly carpet inside and the areas by where we sat, the smell of the carpets come up like that of old used rollerskates or bowling alley shoes. The food was ok but once I smelled the place and saw people eating shrimp that had been cooked in shell with the legs, without being deveined, I left.
