This used to be my Go To place and I would order enough carry out food to last several days. I never eat here because when the wind blows a dust storm will hit your food. I love the home made tortillas and the huge quesadillas, so it makes me so sad that I have has to go elsewhere now. I have ordered everything they make and it was all good. Unfortunately the lest 3 times I ordered the Caldo de Res (Beef soup) I got nothing but broth and just a tiny bit of meat with a tiny bit of veggies. Used to be it was packed with meat potato's Mexican squash carrots and cabbage. I mentioned this issue each time I went back and was always told they had a "new person". Yes there is a new person who has been there a long time and I get shorted each time. I also noticed that when obvious latin customers got their food they would get more and more sides like onions cilantro and avocado. The last time this happened I was done complaining and I now get my soups one block down the street at and their soups packed so full of ingredients that I am buying extra beef broth...

Stopped here three different times on the way home from Pasco county’s Bone Valley with my teenage son and the food has been great. They make the flour tortillas from scratch so they are super fresh and warm. I’ve tried the steak tacos, tostadas with steak and the shredded beef burrito. The salsa has good flavor. They have the good coke in the tall bottles made from sugar cane. The same people have been working each time so I think this a family business. They are friendly and kind people and their a lots of local with their families lining up and eating here. Kitchen looks clean through the window and Prices are super reasonable. First, you’ll lose your suspension just trying to get into the parking lot; Second, they never have ceviche (as listed), and third, what really bothers me, they nickel and dime you for everything you add to a taco. They don’t have the right prices listed, for additional charges....so, since they insisted one day that everybody charges like that down Rt. 674, I decided to try for myself. Now I️ go to TAQUERIA DEL SOL where tacos are $1.50 FLAT (not $2.25 each), there’s plenty of parking, nice music, tables inside and out and fast service, not $2.25 each. The only saving grace of Taqueria Guanajuato is their “aguas” (juices)...delicious...
