Had the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. Been here many times and never been treated as badly as I and the rest of my group of five were on April 14, 2024. First we waited and waited for our meals to come while seeing others come get their food and leave. We were told our food was on its way at least 4 times. Finally we had to ask for a manager. They sent out a guy who came and said that the kitchen was very busy and they were making our meals and they would he ready soon. However, other guests who came in much later than us already had their food. Even a party of 9 that sat near us and came in at least 30 minutes after us were already served. The man that came to us was the rudest most condescending person. When I asked him if he personally saw them preparing our food, because we had been told they were more than once and still no food, he bent down to my seated level cocked his head sideways and said, " We're a little busy sweetheart ". The expression and tone of voice was condescending and nasty. I have never been spoken to like that at any restaurant. We had all been very patient and tried to be understanding. When our wait person came again after he left I asked her for the real manager. Finally the manager did come. We were given the same line it was on its way. Now it was almost an hour and a half. She left and when she came back we were told that the printer in the back messed up and they had lost our order. She said she would personally get it ready and bring it out and that we would not be charged for our meals. She did bring them out and she did not charge us. The problem is that the meals were no good. Potatoes were cold the and one of the steaks was pure gristle. My roadkill was well done and it should have been medium rare. The manager never came back to check on us .I understand that there can be problems with meals sometimes and we were not charged but to be treated the way we were and to not even be able to eat it when we finally did get it was very disappointing. The bad food was disappointing after waiting so long but what I just don't understand is how the male "manager " could talk so rudely to me. When the real manager was told what he said and how he said it she told us that he wasn't a real manager he is just helping her out. I told her he was doing her no favors by treating coustomers the way he treated us. It was all a terrible experience and again if the food had been fine we could have overlooked the mishap. Today, my wife and son went there with some out of town visitors. The server, Juanito, was extremely rude, condescending, and HOSTILE, so they asked for a different server, who was much better. After they left the restaurant, Juanito was waiting outside and tried to start a fight with my cousin. The manager, who had previously handled the situation very well, then came out and threatened to call the cops, while accusing my cousin of hitting Juanito in the face and bruising him. This was impossible given that a fight never actually took place. The manager threatened to call the police. Since we are hispanic, maybe be figured that would intimidate them. My family waited 15 minutes and the cops never came. When my wife went back to ask the manager when the cops were coming, he said he never called the cops because he didnāt have time for it. But the reality is they never called because the only aggression came from their waiter and no physical altercation actually took place. I really hope they have good camera footage because we intend to report this to the owners and to corporate.
I understand there are bad waiters and everyone has a bad day, but nobody should feel unsafe in a restaurant. I can also understand supporting your employees, but I would hope that challenging a patron to a fight is way past where the line should be drawn.

Horrible customer service while also talking poorly about customers and laughing while many people were waiting to be helped. The manager was also extremely rude and disregarded everything I said. I have been here so many times and not once have i been talked to like this and yes there have been mistakes before. I am appalled by the way I was treated as well as other customers waiting with me while it took over 20 minutes after our orders were supposed to be ready to receive our full orders. Disgusting attitude on a specific employee who was working at the hostess stand, can not believe she has a job. I personally work in the customer service industry and would NEVER talk that way to anyone or about anyone, especially to a room full of people trying to make a customer feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I come here all the time and can assure you i usually receive on par service and excellent food, but this experience was enough to not want to continue spending my money somewhere where i am not even going to be given what i am payed for or spoken to respectfully. I hope someone takes action against these employees and can provide a manager that can do more than excuse her employees behavior by saying ātheyāre just kidsā.
