Been going to this Subway once a week for over a year. Service is usually decent and the restaurant is usually fairly clean for the amount of foot traffic that have. However this one has been bought out by new owners and in just a few short weeks it has gone south to say the least. The dingy looking lettuce and ice build up, is direct reflection in failing to properly clean and rotate product. You're lucky to get eye contact, let alone a single word. Customer service is clearly not the focus, not to mention the lady was building my wrap like a burger, placing product in a square to the edges rather than in a form of a wrap. They basically slapped my wrap together like a grilled cheese and cut it. I said hey "the way you wrapped it, when I go to get it out, it's gonna fall apart" She just smiled and continued putting in a bag. I turned to the other young lady and said "hey, do you understand what I'm saying about the wrap?"Same results, looked like a dear caught in the head lights. Clearly she has no clue what I was saying whatsoever, let alone be able to accommodate a customer's basic request. Recipe for disaster to be honest. They want your hard earned money but can't even provide the most basic customer support. Would it harm you to at least smile and act like your trying? Apparently so, avoid this place and save your wallet...
Read moreReally bad experience. While the man that was prepping our sandwiches was hard at work, I noticed that the lady that he was passing the sandwiches to had no mask on. My daughter very quietly and politely asked the man if the lady was going to wear a mask. She went to the back took a mask and placed it over her head to her neck and covered her face and visibly upset began talking under her breath. She finished prepping the sandwich for the customer in front of her, then proceeded to state..this one is on me since you haven't been mean. We never crossed a word with her! Both my daughter and I are at higher risk of contracting COVID-19 due to our health status and my age. This tells me that this person totally disregards necessary guidelines for customer safety. Read moreThis used to be my favorite Subway the staff was always nice and courteous and friendly however the last 2 weeks one of their employees a young white lady with long curly hair I shouldn't say young she's middle-aged has been extremely rude with not only myself but all customers so rude in fact that she's made my sub wrong three times in the last week and I didn't say anything because I didn't want to add fuel to the fire but today I did say something because she was so rude to the Spanish people in front of me and I told her she's been with an attitude for the last several weeks I said and she's not going to rush me anymore I also told her I was going to call the owner which I did but apparently he's out of town for a week but she needs to be terminated or at least spoken to because I will never go back into that Subway again as long as she was...
