The Preserve Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Florida

Service was good, but the steak and frites were pretty mediocre. Borderline tough sirloin-esque cut, sauce missed the mark, and pretty salty. The fries were good and the tap list was solid, but based on the reviews and price it was pretty disappointing.

Also worth noting is that the restaurant is in the lobby, so there was quite a bit of commotion. Some reviews made it sound like the restaurant was attached to, but separate from the hotel, this is not the case.

A+ experience all around. I didn’t really want to eat at a hotel restaurant but after reading the reviews, I am so glad we did. The food and service were amazing! We had dinner and breakfast. For dinner we split a burger which was one of the best and for breakfast we split the pancakes. Pancakes were fluffy and plenty for 2 adults with a side of bacon.
