We visited for dinner on a quiet Sunday afternoon. Parts of the decor were really nice, like the bar area. The whole place was really dark overall though, and it made it hard to see the menu and food even. It was dark enough that my phone struggled to capture the menu in focus and night mode automatically turned on. I thought that was odd. I had to edit the pictures in this review to brighten them. I also felt like the booths were small. We were tightly packed with just two folks on each side. The service was excellent! Ryan was our server, and she was on point across the board. She checked in often, and food came out quickly. It was nice also to get rolls included for the table. Not a lot of places do that these days. The bartender was also charming (we bonded over shared hatred of Frontier Airlines), but I didn't catch her name. The food was pretty good. My fiance got a calzone and LOVED it. She got the smaller one, and still it was massive. We had the calamari appetizer too, and that was good. The salad I had was good, nothing special, and it was a bit much cheese for me.

Well 2 weeks ago I ordered a 30 pizza pie that should have been loaded with all the addition topping I ordered and paid for. It was very minimal of toppings and not worth the money and I chose never to order from there again. So last night I ordered a calzone with meatball inside. It came Fla as a pancake with marinara sauce inside ( I have never in my life had a calzone with sauce inside the calzone) and it only had a few pieces of meatball inside. It was a 12 inch calzone and cost $15. Hardly no cheese no meatballs and sauce inside and I was completely dissatisfied before writing this with you I spoke to the owner he said he made it himself And he did not care that I was dissatisfied and I asked him and you’re OK with losing me as a customer and he said yes goodbye have a nice day. It was definitely not worth the money it was not supposed to have sauce inside and now it’s hardly any cheese or meatball for $15 and that is a disgrace and the attitude of the owner was also a disgrace

This is the first time I've been to Two Guys since I've moved back to Florida. Prior to leaving Florida, their pizza was excellent. This time around, not so much. I ordered a large sausage pizza. The sausage was light (and sliced if that makes a difference to those of us who do not like sliced) and sporadic. The sauce was rather mild on flavor. The crust edge was rather wide for my tastes, over 2" in some slices. I ordered some dipping sauce after the pizza arrived for the excess crust and even then it was too much. The usual pizza place shakers were brought to the table on arrival, and the garlic powder was a solid block in the shaker, which tells me they aren't checked daily. The servers (I was told one of them was new and bring trained) were both friendly and courteous, and responded quickly to requests. Overall, compared to past experiences, it was kind of disappointing.

Visiting from out of country, we were brought here by locals who had raved about the food. The food was great, but the service was so poor that we said if it hadn't been recommended to us we would not return. The locals also said if it had been their first experience they would not have returned either. For some context, we arrived at 1:30pm-ish on Tues, Dec 28. There was one large party leaving and there were very few (maybe 2?) other tables to serve, and no one anywhere near us. We were a party of four adults and two kids. The drink order was uneventful, and after we asked for drinks we let our waitress know we wanted two cheques. She confirmed which drinks would be on the separate bill and left to put in our drink order. When she returned to take our meal order, the fun began! The ordering was relatively straight forward. There were two appetizers ordered and six main dishes. The waitress told us she was "not allowed to enter in our main dish orders until your appetizer hits the table". What? Why can't the kids food be entered along with the appetizers? When one of our party ordered Pasta with Meatballs, he was asked what kind of pasta he wanted. He said penne. Then he asked if he could have a rosé sauce, which is a commonly known combination of marinara and alfredo sauce, especially in Italian restaurants. The waitress asked if he was asking about wine (he's 11). She had never heard of rosé, which is fair enough, and we explained what it was and asked if that was possible. She said they didn't have rosé. I responded, "but you have marinara, and alfredo, is there a way to mix the two?". She said she would check but thought she would have to charge us (which I've never experienced in another restaurant). She made it clear the cook did NOT like to make changes to the menu. They wouldn't give him rosé sauce without charging, so he said just the marinara sauce was fine. We had to ask about salad dressing for the side salads to make sure there were any. We got our food and it was very good, but we noticed she had brought an extra bowl of marinara sauce, which was odd, because said we didn't want any extra sauce. Part way through it she realized we didn't have our salads, so we asked if we could just have them to go. Close to the end of the meal I asked if we were ever going to get our garlic rolls. She had forgotten those as well and asked if we wanted them still. Umm, yes, yes we do. I asked if we were being charged for the marinara sauce and she said yes, because we had asked for it for the salad. What?! We said no we had not wanted any extra sauce so she said she would take that off the bill. We received our bills (which we hadn't actually wanted yet - we really wanted cannolis!), and the waitress proceeded to stand over top of my husband while he counted out cash, which was quite awkward. She also pointed that the extra marinara charge was not on the bill and made a point of saying that she paid for that because it was her mistake, which seemed to be an attempt to make us feel guilty? She didn't offer any desserts (we were hoping for cannolis), didn't once check to see how the meal was, we had to flag her over multiple times to ask for things, and we had to ask for our first few refills.

Honestly if it hadn't been recommended to us, we would not go back at all. The only saving grace was the food really was good. If we arrived again and that was our only server option, we would...

I'm giving 2 stars because at least my husband was able to eat the pizza. They were kind of busy when we got here. More so than I would think a place in a small town on a Monday evening would be. The hostess warned us when she sat us that it would be in the other part of the restaurant which she called the lounge, which is just a sports bar. The bartender had about 10 people at a time the whole time we were there but the one server they had on the floor still took our table all the way in the other side of the restaurant while she had multiple tables on the other side keeping her plenty busy. While I don't blame her at all, that was my first clue to poor management. It took about 5 minutes to get our drink order in which was promptly brought back by the hostess. We ordered appetizers at the same time as the drinks and they were delivered about 20 minutes later by the manager/owner who informed us they had a girl who decided not to work tonight. I get it, I'm a server and bartender. We ordered our pizza with the manager. They had a supreme pizza with 5 toppings but you can't do half and half on it. Ok. I told him two different times no onions when he repeated the order back to us. 10 minutes later, still no server and even though the bartender was 10 ft away from us, she didn't check on us one time. So my husband walked all the way to the other side of the restaurant to get a refill. The appetizers were just ok. The stuffed mushrooms were kind of cold but the sauce was good on the tomatoes and lettuce. Finally got our pizza about 30 minutes after we order. There's onions on it...we told the server who actually did deliver it and she said she will tell the manager. My husband said it was ok to him but I could taste the onions and nothing else. But the crust was good. The server came back about 10 minutes later and asked how it was. We told her as I was only eating the top crust part and she just said ok enjoy. The manager never once came to our table. It was horrible service and just edible food. Maybe your experience might be better if you...

How this place has 4.2 stars blows my mind!!! This place was a complete joke from top to bottom, It felt like we were dinning in a bowling alley bar complete with gambling machines and pool table 🙄 to start they should have just kept the free bread that was stale and not edible. My fiancé and I even looked at each other and said well I hope it gets better from here 🤣 and it didn’t … we ordered Alfredo and a 12’ cheese extra crispy, because you can’t really screw that up right? Well they did!!!! My fiancés Alfredo came out and it was the smallest portion of pasta I had ever seen! And it was 16$!!! So I immediatley ordered and extra side of noodles and sauce that was 3.50$ and it was half the size of what she got!!! So annoying !! The sauce was def. Not made in house, pretty sure it was ragu ,, the pizza that supposed to be extra crispy was not even hot (all of the food was cold)when it came out and was the softest floppiest most under cooked pizza I’ve ever had, felt premade like a frozen box pizza!! This place is not what it seems from the exterior ,, it is not a nice Italian establishment, it is a rundown bar with gross bar food!! I will never give this place a second chance and in my opinion you shouldn’t even give it a first chance!! The only reason I gave it one star is because our waitress was great 👍 if I could give her any advise it would be to find a better...
