Vittorio's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

I wanted to visit this location and try their pizza, however I found I was immediately disappointed. Mainly by the amount of people around 6 or 7 crammed into a small square preparing food. I ordered a pizza, I asked to have gloves worn when preparing my pizza, small request, however a very BIG DEAL to whom ever prepared my pizza, again it’s a mad house in the square. I stood and watched, the entire time, and what do you know my pizza came to me ready. I asked who made my pizza they all LIED stating they put gloves on.. NOT TRUE... I challenged them, in a calm manner..and they became so offended that they returned my funds to my card and refused service to a paying customer. Which I was absolutely and completely fine with. Meanwhile, as I’m standing there a customer retuned an under cooked pizza.. they had to pop his pizza back in the oven to cook more. My overall experience “Horrible” not because of the service manly because of the “Deceit” Will I patronize this establishment again “NEVER “ NOT WORTH THE TIME NOR LOSS OF YOUR HARD...

Ordered a white pizza for pickup. Was called 15 mins later while on to get it that they were out of spinach... said to give us something similar, we have had white pizza with red onions at other places. Was told they dont do that... OK, surprise us. they gave us a white pizza with olives and a balsamic drizzle... ended up being very sweet. My fault, should of ordered something else I knew we would like..

Got there to pick it up and was told it was given to someone else and that it would only take a couple mins. Noone walked by the front in the period of time it took to complete. 25 mins before I was on the way..

Then found out the staff has to split tips with the AI if you order through that when you call in... Meaning the AI is what answers. If you dotn ask for a live person they are in the tip pool.. I find that ridiculous and not very serving of their actual emoloyees...

Think we will figure out other options when it comes to...

The pizza is really good. Why 2 stars? Out of the five times that I have ordered, I have gotten my pizzas on time once. Now, I order on line, and set a time that I will be there. Should be simple. One time my pizzas were just getting made. the place was empty. Another time, they forgot my order. It was sitting at the register. I had to wait for the ovens to empty, then for mine to be made. I like to time my pick ups for shopping and take outs because I live so far away. Having to wait 40 minutes for my food to be cooked just doesn't sit right with me when it should have been ready at the set time. Meanwhile the groceries are in the car warming up. The pizza is good, but not worth wondering if it will be ready or not. I'll just go somewhere else. Oh, to top it off, when I pay on line, I leave at least a 20% tip. For that service, it should be zero, didn't even...
