The waitress (Shanice?- sorry I probably spelled that wrong) that waited my table and the cook are the only reasons I'm giving more than one star. My waitress was polite and chipper the entire visit with everyone so I patiently waited for refills on coffee, no problem. The cook had everything done in a timely manner and it was good food. What put a damper on the entire experience is one of the other women working was clearly having a bad morning and projecting. This woman also happened to be the one I had to deal with when paying. I mentioned to her that the syrup container had water in it (probably because it was cleaned and immediately refilled I assume) but the water had poured all over the waffle, making it where I did not even touch it after the fact. She replied with a snippy, "Yeah thats fine" cutting me off when speaking so I had nothing more to say to her. It may have been "fine" for her, but it wasn't fine for me. It ruined that part of the breakfast that I still paid for and did not get to enjoy. Also, I disagree with having to pay for adding cheese to a part of the meal when something else that comes with it has been 86'd, but that's personal grief with the restaurant itself. Unfortunately it was enough of an experience for me to feel like...

We told her to just give us a minute to decide, and she just clocked out, off work. We didn't realize that she was gone because we were sitting there, probably an hour until my husband got Awag ail's attention, and she said, "Since we were just sitting there for a longggggg time, she blessed us with our dinner. The cook wanted to cook because it became really slow, so he jumped up from sitting and got everything ready and cooked us delicious breakfast. The both of them ought to get a raise or something incentives the Corporates can give them. We don't get the best customer service every time, and we already had a rough day on Veteran's Day, and they made it better for...
Read moreIt should be closed for sanitary reasons. I understand 2 months ago Hurricane Michael devastated the area but this is filth from lack of cleaning not storm destruction. It was the only place I saw open after a long day of driving. As we entered a local sheriff was chatting with 3 female servers and 2 Male cooks at the end booths. After using the filthy restroom I walked to the booth only booth unoccupied by staff only to find a cook's tshirt laying on the seat. We felt interrogated by the officers questions as to where we were coming from and where we were headed too. And asked "where exactly " in Wisconsin? You can see my Wisconsin platesEXCUSE ME.
