Wawa — Restaurant in Tallahassee

I ordered a sub among other items from the store, I received both of the bags sealed from Door Dash. I went to get my sub and it wasn't in my bag, I knew the seals had not been tampered with so I called the store. The worker answered and first tired to tell me the dashers just grab the bags and dont speak to them when they are supposed to and then she tried to tell me she knows for a fact that she put my sub in the bag. I explained the bag was sealed and all she could say was she knows it was in the bag. I'm pretty sure she just put it in the wrong bag but whatever I decided I would just order another one; well I wasn't able to order one again as all my orders to Wawa were being declined. This is complete BS when I didn't lose my own sub! I will not being ordering...

What a joke!!! I heard they pay so good because they are strict. Manager couldn’t be found. I drove by and sign stated $2.38 I didn’t believe it and called. Manager said she can’t give price over the phone I said I just drove by and trying verify of correct. 2 hours later I returned and it showed $0.40 higher and every pump had a sign stating no gas available. This place was chaos and every pump had people just parked in the fuel line while they were inside for food or something. Apparently they are going to let people park in the fuel lines. I wasn’t impressed one bit. Id rather go to a Circle K. Manager wasn’t impressive and MIA when I went inside. NO gas of any kind available but advertising cheap prices. I stopped by WaWa to grab a breakfast sandwich, something I’ve done at other locations without issue. However, this experience was incredibly disappointing.

I ordered a single bagel sandwich and ended up waiting 17 minutes before finally deciding to leave. Despite having at least six employees in the back, only one gentleman appeared to be actively working to prepare breakfast orders. The rest seemed to be walking around aimlessly.

While I understand this is a new facility, the service needs serious improvement. Many of us are rushing to work, and it shouldn’t take this long to grab a quick breakfast.
