I stopped by today and was gonna go in and get myself a treat. I was on my phone for a few minutes and I was taking a little while to get out. In the parking lot there was a man that Dairy Queen has hired to maintain their parking lots I parked well away from him because my car was just washed Well I guess the guy didn’t think that I was in my car and I sat in my car and I watched him blow trash all over my car and then once I confronted him about it, he tried to tell me he’ll blow the trash off my car no my car was clean. You guys need to hire more professional people people who actually have a real business with a real LLC because that was just some hobo that y’all hired now I just don’t spend money on a car wash and now I got a dirty car all over again. I tried to call Dairy Queen several times to let them know about what happened in the parking lot, but I’m kind of confused while they even have a phone because I’ve called more than five times and all my calls have went unanswered. This is usually crave Dairy Queen and in spite of the recent ownership changes we still enjoy going here on our we used to love listening to Christian music on the radio. Renee young male manager on our second to last visit it was obviously somebody who was doing everything he could to improve his life and cared about his job. Our last visit we experienced a tremendous weight and receive the wrong product we believe that this was largely due to a huge group that had come in off the interstate and had simply buried store way behind. In case like that it may be better to hand customers walking in behind them a complimentary beverage cup explaining that you need to get caught up before you take any more orders. I'd rather get shot in the face by an elephant with diarrhea than eat here again. Horrible service. I wanted the 2 cheeseburger special ($5.99) with no pickles on one and extra pickles on the other, no mustard on both, and extra mayo on both. Please add a sweet tea and fries. Had to repeat my order at least a dozen times. She did not listen to a word I said and was talking personal stuff to somebody else the whole time. Got to the window and she said "twenty whatever dollars", sticking her hand out. I asked "For a $5.99 Special plus fries and a drink?!?" "Yeah!"
