Wawa — Restaurant in Florida

This Wawa is the closest one to me so it’s the one I come to. Unfortunately this is the 4th time in a row that I’ve had these issues. 1. Both stalls in women’s room were disgusting. Both toilets clogged, all trash cans overflowing and no soap. 2. The food (which is usually at least somewhat good) wasn’t even mediocre this time. My sandwich had to be rebuilt by me when I got in my vehicle as they had just slopped it together and piled everything in the middle. My Mac n cheese was cold by the time I got it due to reason three. 3. No one in line ahead of me and my food was ready very quickly, however it was held hostage by the cafe workers who set my food aside to where I couldn’t reach it so I assumed they were getting something missing for it. I stood there for 7 minutes waiting and staring at my food while the man calling out orders refilled the cold bar (veggies etc.). He didn’t notice my food and started calling out the orders behind me. 4 orders later I finally asked if my order was good to go. He asked what my number was and I told him then pointed to my food. He huffed shoved it at me. It sucks that I have to write this review but 4 times now it’s been like this here. I won’t come to this Wawa again which means I won’t be going to Wawa at all as it’s the closest one and I’m not driving that far for crappy customer service and food that’s mediocre at best. Huge bummer as I drive for a living and spend quite a lot at the stations I stop at. All I wanted was to go to the bathroom and get dinner after driving 13...

This is my go to Wawa closest to my home. Most all the staff there I know by face and are friendly helpful and smile. My grievance has been for the last 3 months the people that make drinks do not pay attention to which drink should be made first. Or don't hear the beeper as they are in deep conversation with the food makers instead.Yesterday everybody behind me was getting their drinks while I'm sitting there waiting looking at the girl... I finally said to her after 12 minutes of waiting and her giving out the last drink on her orders,",can you make me my drink please ? " she gave me some lame, and quite frankly embarrassing for her and Wawa, excuse, and to my disbelief started making the next three drinks that were just ordered, instead of making mine right away. She made me wait another 10 minutes while I was looking at her, and her unprofessional attitude. this is typical of what has happened over the past few months with various drinkmakers.they actually had to get another employee to make my drink , what she did in under a minute and a half. when handing me my drink,I said to him you had to come back here and make my drink special because this girl could not get the concept of making my drink instantly. Poor guy didn't know what to say. I'm there almost daily and spend a lot of money there. unacceptable.Management needs to look at the time ordered and the time executed for the drink section as a whole in daily reports, I think they'll be surprised by the numbers. retrain some of these...

Honestly I never complain unless it's deserved! I try not to be a "Karen"..I stopped in for a 6 pack of Beer and something kinda quick to eat on my way to my 2nd job...I have been in this store frequently as I live in Longleaf..today I just wanted to grab my 6 pk of Beer as I can have a beer on my second job just saying...is there not a button the clerk pushes to allow entry into the "Beer Cave"? That's how it has always worked I have never had to stand in line like I am checking out for the Clerk to let me in "The locked down Beer Cave" not only was the Clerk rude I am 60 years old should I have offered my ID or waited in line for her to push a button? Then wait again to check out...honestly who cant multi task ? Poor poor customer service not to mention they had 2 people making food which should have taken 15 minutes and ended up taking 25....really? I will be back as usually its pretty fast and easy but today you failed and it looked poor staffed and dirty..PS the Clerk eventually asked me while waiting for my food if I wanted entry into the "Beer Cave"..10 minutes later..I politely told her "No, Thank you I will get that somewhere else " and it was a inconvenience to me but absolutely and I did spend my $$ elsewhere for Beer..No, she couldn't press a damn button..I know how it works lady..I choose to use check out and never received a receipt the clerk was too having a attitude..Super Bad Experience today 2/10 as My Quasidedea is really good.
