Terrible communication skills. Among other selections, I ordered a Cuban sandwich which is advertised as a "Hot Classic" and labeled as such on the receipt. I received the sandwich and as I picked it up I noticed it was cold. I stated it should be toasted and the attendant said it wasn't ordered as toasted. FUN FACT: there is NO option for that when ordering. I asked if they could toast it and they said "No, you already touched it." Yeah, that's how I found out their Hot Classic wasn't hot. I'm not sure what the issue is here, they were latex gloves...if it's a germ thing they can unwrap the sandwich, change gloves, toast it, and re-wrap it. Alas it's their policy, no reasonable explanation required. I left the entire order on the counter and went to the register for a refund.
The manager parroted the touching policy stating once a customer handles it there's nothing they can do. If that's the case, I posit those sandwiches are STILL sitting on the counter where I left them...but I think we all know better. Yes, you read that right: they can handle a touched item to dispose of it but not to remake it correctly. Like I said, no reasonable explanation required. Everything else was relayed about the asininity of mass destruction here, and as I received the refund I stated I can't understand how a Hot Classic needs to be further defined (more so when there is no option of further defining it when ordering). After the refund was initiated the manager stated that the Hot Classics have the meat heated.
I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn't in an alternate dimension, and was desperately looking for some pipe cleaners for mental floss or at least a shot of bleach to clear my brain. There it is: the communication issue. Had I been told that from the start I would have been home with those sandwiches on my table!
Hence, no rating for the food. One star for the completely lacking service, and five for the cleanliness & atmosphere. Six divided by three is two stars, loss of product, and zero revenue for the vendor. I just wasn't hungry enough for a sandwich from a gas station, your...

UPDATE: Since I can't make 2 reviews, I'm just gonna post it here. The food was fine for a few months after my initial review. But once again the same chick made me a chicken bacon ranch again and literally put less than a tablespoon of ranch on my wrap. .... Whats the deal? I'm supposed to just eat a dry piece of chicken? Like y'all like your chicken that dry? Cause I doubt you'd eat this.....who taught yall to make food? The wawa down the street makes them perfectly fine!!!! It's always the snarky chicks who work somewhere that pull this crap.....tell that chick to quit her job if she don't like me so much. I'm just gonna come back and order it until you get it right 😘

Along with an inability to dry off the tables and seats upon which they do not want their customers who are taxed every time because they are allowed to sit, to occupy space and many stores although not this one will try to drive you off even as you were eating your pizza.
Outside of their abysmal customer service and policies that only work in Canada like spring water over their seats which remained wet and ruined multiple people's day everyday because the water does not evaporate it is so humid until 10:00,
They're okay they're all right they could be better but it's the outside patio area that they are the worst gas station at and again because of corporate policy this emanates from the highest level.
