⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for Paisano’s Italian Restaurant We’ve had the pleasure of dining at Paisano’s three times now—twice in person and once ordering takeout—and every single experience has been nothing short of outstanding. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by warm, friendly staff who make you feel welcome right away. Both times we dined in, we were lucky enough to sit in the same cozy spot, which made it feel even more special. Drinks: Refreshing, well-balanced, and crafted with care—absolutely delicious. Food: Let’s just say, this is next-level Italian cuisine. Everything tastes homemade and thoughtfully prepared, and it shows in every bite. Here are a few highlights: House Rolls: A MUST-HAVE. Drenched in garlic and an incredible vinegar sauce that will blow your mind, topped with a sprinkle of cheese for that perfect finish. Truly a chef’s kiss moment! The Sauce: Among the best I’ve ever had—it tastes just like my own homemade sauce, made completely from scratch. I find myself craving it and wanting to visit weekly just for this. Caprese Salad: Fresh, vibrant, and elevated by their phenomenal house-made balsamic reduction. Chicken Carbonara: Creamy, rich, and loaded with flavor—hands down the best I’ve experienced outside of my own kitchen. Pizza Rolls: Fresh, perfectly baked dough paired with that signature sauce—something you’ll want every single visit. Chicken Parm with Pasta: Generous portions and absolutely delicious. Pasta with Chicken & Broccoli: Another standout—perfectly cooked and seasoned. Pizza: 10/10. Every bite tastes like quality and passion. Tiramisu: Normally not my favorite dessert, but theirs completely changed my mind. This tiramisu is decadent and dreamy—rich with espresso flavor that’s bold yet perfectly balanced, never overpowering. The cream layers are silky and luscious, the texture is just right, and every bite is pure indulgence. It’s the ultimate sweet ending after an amazing meal, and we loved it so much we ordered it both times we dined in. One of the things we appreciate most is the pacing of the meal. Everything is served hot and fresh, with appetizers, rolls, and entrées brought out in perfect timing—not rushed, not delayed. Atmosphere & Quality: The location is great, the ambiance is welcoming, and you can tell they truly care about what they make. Everything is cooked from scratch in their kitchen with high-quality ingredients and attention to detail. As foodies who travel often to find amazing spots, this restaurant has quickly become one of our top favorites. Before building our home in Ocala, we lived in New Jersey and had a beloved Italian spot where we shared our first date. As much as we loved that place, Paisano’s surpasses it—and that says a lot. Huge compliments to the chefs in the back and the entire front-of-house team for consistently excellent service and unforgettable meals. If I could work here, I absolutely would—it’s that good. If you’re in the area and looking for authentic, flavorful, made-from-scratch Italian food with generous portions and exceptional service, Paisano’s is THE place to go. ⭐ 10/10 – Highly...
Read moreReview 3: yes I know I said we would not be back but we had a weak moment and thought we'd give them another chance. Ran into the same issue as we did under my first review. Pizza was ready almost 35 minutes later than promised. No excuse except to say that they were busy. Called and spoke with a manager told him I'm not looking for anything I just want to let him know how unhappy we are and we will not be back. He did refund our money. The pizza we did receive was underdone, the crust was soggy and it just was not appealing. Picked off some of the toppings to eat and three the rest of it away. Needless to say we are positively never going to eat here again. And to top it off when they finally had the pizza ready and handed it to my husband they never even apologized for it being so late. Review 2 : For some reason can't add another review, so will just add to an old one ... Ordered same pizza (to go) exactly as we always do, well done, extra sauce. This pizza was so burnt none of the crust edges were edible. Sauce was about non existent. Not sure what's going on with this restaurant as our last experience eating there was very underwhelming also. Too many Italian restaurants in the area to keep going to a sub par one. Will not be back. Review 1:Ordered a pizza online as I always do. I received my confirmation email at 4:29 indicating my pizza would be ready in 25 minutes. My husband went to pick it up at 4:50 and it is now 5:45 and he's not home. Since he didn't have his phone I called the store and was told " your pizza is not done yet sorry the kitchen is busy." This is unexcusable to be that poor at planning to not know how long it's going to take for someone's Pizza to be ready for pickup. Apparently the take out area was packed with several...
Read moreMy daughter and I had dinner at Piesanos tonight for the first time. I have to say it was the best dinner I've had in quite some time! The atmosphere was relaxing, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Bryce was our server. Even though they were getting busy he was very pleasant and very attentive. Not once where we left waiting or looking around for him, nor did we have to ask for anything throughout dinner. He already had it there ready and waiting. He was definitely on point and offered us exceptional customer service. I will be asking for him to wait on us again when we return. We also had the pleasure of meeting the restaurant manager, Nick Celli. He is by far one of the best managers that I have seen in the restaurant business in along time. He was very interactive with not only the guests but the staff as well. He was not just barking orders, he was very Hands-On and helping in any way that he could. This including greeting and seating guests, serving dinner plates as a follower, to even sweeping the floor. He spoke to the staff with dignity and respect but also got the job that he needed done complete. If he asked them to do something he took the time to explain why he wanted it done that way and showed them how to do it properly. He treated them as valued employees not just another face in the crowd. This was so nice to see. That doesn't happen alot anymore these days. My daughter and I had a wonderful dining experience, we made a few new friends, and we will definitely be returning...
