I’ve never ever had a terrible experience at a Wendy’s up until this passed weekend. Upon pulling into the drive-through, it was a little busy so myself and a friend walked in to place an order. while my friend got in line, I went to use the ladies room. My first reaction, this looks like a Gas Station bathroom. It was a dump!! There was no toilet paper and it looked like no one had cleaned the bathroom in days. Upon joining my friend in line, they were five other people waiting, but no one knew what was going on because no one was taking orders. We all looked at one another like where is the customer service in this place after waiting a few minutes I finally asked, are you guys going to take our order, the young male with blonde hair and glasses said, “oh we’re really busy with to go orders, so we’re not taking orders at this time.” we all looked at each other really confused because this young man was standing around doing absolutely nothing. So myself and my friend got back in line and we were going to exit and just leave but my friend decided to try the drive-through. Upon ordering through the drive-through these young kids that worked there had no clue what was going on. Their customer service was absolutely horrible. As someone who has worked in customer service for over 20 years, I’ve never seen anything like it! It was like they had never had any training at all. Might I add No one had a hairnet so I was concerned about hair being in my food. The spicy chicken sandwich I did receive didn’t even have anything on it. No lettuce. No tomato and no mayo!!! If I could give this place a ZERO I would because that’s what it deserves.

Read moreMy son and I stopped at this location on our way home from work tonight, big mistake. We placed our order and were asked to pull around. The young man at the window told us our total and impatiently waited for our payment as he played on his cellphone. He handed us our drinks, without straws and started frantically urging us to pull forward. After pulling forward about half of the staff came out to the parking lot to have cigarettes and converse. 10 minutes later when our food finally arrived we still didn’t have straws for our drinks. When the young man came out of the door to bring us our food, he was still playing on his cellphone and still didn’t have our straws. Our nuggets were cold, sandwiches were sloppy and the meat was cold. Our fries were hot but had no salt. If it was the apocalypse and this Wendy’s was my only shot at getting food on the planet I would rather eat bugs. If you’re going to have kids on your night shift at least have adults there to supervise them. I will not under any circumstance return to this Wendy’s and you shouldn’t either. Despite any wrongs I may have committed in my life I still did not deserve the punishment of visiting this restaurant. The lack of basic food safety and non existent hospitality are the reason for this one start review. The only reason you received one star is because this app would not allow me to give you 0. Read moreThe young girl working the drive through today was extremely rude. It took quite a while to be able to place my order (its Wendy's, so i dont mind). I get to the window and the employee did not say a single word, just took my card and disappeared for at least 3 minutes, she finally arrives and hands my card back, not a single word, no receipt, and she shuts the window. At this point im confused, so i just sit there and wait. Do i pull up? Did my card not go through? What happened?... After 5 minutes of sitting there i see a hand waving me to come to the second window, so i pull up. The same young girl was there being rude again. She rolled her eyes and said "girl, you're doing to much". She continues to be rude and even slams the window shut after i received my food.
Im not a "Karen" however i work hard for my money and i have a short lunch break. I chose wendys and i got an extremely poor Visit so i decided to call the location to just inform the manager of the situation. As soon as i called and asked for a manager, the employee hangs the phone up. So, i went inside and expressed my issues to the manager.
I understand that the service industry deals with alot of rude customers and negativity however this time it was from the employees. If the employee hates her job and customers so much, she should consider quitting. Dont ruin my lunch break with your...
