My boss gets us breakfast every Friday morning. Last Friday (6/13/25) he stopped at this particular Wendy’s and ordered 10 sandwiches. When he got to work we found only 8 in the bag. Not that big of a deal until my coworker bit into his, only to find a foreign hair! The look on his face as a slimy string of hair is pulled between his teeth and the sandwich made me put my sub par sandwich down. So, let’s recap the story so far. Tim orders 10 sandwiches, and only receives 8, and one of the 8 had a hair in it. Tim calls up this Wendy’s and speaks with the manager, the manager apologizes and promises a comped meal the next time Tim comes in. Should be all fine and dandy after that, right? Right? NOT! This Friday (6/20/25) Tim goes through the drive through and orders his 10 sandwiches for us, expecting a comped meal. However his morning was thwarted by George, claiming to be a district manager. George stated the comping a meal was ‘not policy’ and closed the drive thru window on Tim. Tim knocked on the window gently, and George the district manager aggressively opens the window and ,with so much venom in his voice it could kill a horse, says ‘what do you need now?’ Tim responds ‘first your customer service sucks, and second I’d like my money back for the two sandwiches that I never received and the third that had the hair in it’ Tim was given the refund and chose to go next door to dunkin for our breakfast this morning, which was much better than last weeks. So let’s recap- Tim orders 10 sandwiches, received 7 plus on with hair in it and is promised his next meal comped. Tim goes back for his promised meal and is told, quite rudely, that it’s not policy and he’ll get 3 sandwiches comped- which goes directly against what he had been previously told. Now, I’ve only worked in customer service my whole working life so I may be wrong; but when a manager promises something (even when it goes against policy) the right thing to do is to honor the promise and retrain the manager. I could be wrong, but that’s how it was always done when I had any...
Read moreHorrible Drive Thru service . That girl needs to be let go. 11/11 at around 3;00pm. Had 2 customers in drive thru. Gave me attitude because i needed a minute. Got to the window, waited. Grabbed the card and handed the food. Asked for Sour cream and before I could ask for hot sauce for the chili she walked away and grabbed the sourcream. When she same back, i asked for crackers and hot sauce... GOT THE ROLLED EYES attitude face and irritated annoyed response as if im bothering her. Chili watered down. Called to ask question, Employee answered and stated they were the manager. Didnt answer the phone respectfully, and didnt give name. Asked for name, gave me a name I couldn't understand. Then asked her to repeat and she stated her name was WENDY. I know thats not the name she originally gave me. Called her out and giggly said, No thats the name I said. After asking how many ounces the large chili is.. she stated she didnt know. What Manager doesnt know the sizes. Wow just wow. Then the guy took the phone and answered me. Impersonating managers and giving horrible service. I GUARANTEE ITS THE DRIVE THRU GIRL at the window. Get rid of her ASAP. NEVER...
Read moreAlmost every time I go to this location my order is half wrong. But the reason I’m making this review is because of my experience today. I went through to get food for my younger siblings and got 2 kids meals and asked to add bacon to them both. I guess the person at the drive through didn’t hear I wanted bacon on both and just put it for one. I told her about the mistake and I was told that I’m wrong and I didn’t ask for that. Then after a couple times back and forth she then took the burger back to add bacon. Then a much larger blond lady maybe mid 30’s very aggressively came over and shoved the food into my hands and stopped off. We have had another run in on a separate occasion with this same lady (bigger blond lady in mid 30’s) telling us we didn’t order something when we did, And was even angrier then she was today. Unfortunately I did not get names. But this establishment is very unprofessional and you should reconsider getting food here. The only time my order is ever right is when the younger male manager with tattoos is on shift and taking the drive...
