Unfreakingbelievable.... So I ordered the Spicy Chicken Caesar Salad. Paid with my credit card. About the time he handed me my receipt, a girl passes behind him and whispers that they are out of the spicy caesar salads. Poor guy looked confused for a moment and says, well instead of a refund, we can offer you one of the other salads. Ok, fine since otherwise I will have 2 charges to my card and it will take 3 days for the other one to come off. So I agreed to this. A couple of minutes later, he says, we're having to wait on grilled chicken to be cooked (I had chosen the avacado southwest in replacement) and it will take some time, would you like to choose a different chicken instead. I thought to myself 'you've got to be kidding' but I said ok, fine, what do you have. I almost exploded when he listed off 3 options one of which was spicy chicken!!! I said to him, I thought you were out of spicy chicken. He says, oh no, we're just out of the spicy chicken salads! So here's the long and the short of it - the young lady who passed behind him simply did not want to be bothered with grabbing another salad, taking the meat off of it, cutting up a piece of spicy chicken, and adding it to the salad instead. God forbid she should have gone out of her way. I guess the upshot is that at least a Wendys employee was kept from being inconvenienced. I'm so happy I was able to make her life easier. I pray to God that one day she requires some sort of service from me. For my part, I will make absolutely certain that she receives the level of service that she truly deserves. I was too upset to eat when I finally got what I never even ordered in the first place - by that time it had morphed into some salad that didn't even exist on the menu. I watched my friend eat and mostly sat quiet. He could tell how bothered I was, but I just couldn't let it go. It's a shame really that stepping out for a bite to eat has to end this way. It's...
Read moreI want to start off and say that there were eight employees working. I ordered a mobile order through the Wendy's app. I waited 8 minutes in the parking lot before I went in to get it. I walked in and stood there for 2 minutes before one person acknowledged that I was even there. When the girl at the counter finally acknowledged me, she just looked at me and didn't say any words. I told her I had a mobile order and I told her my name and she said hold on a second and walked away. Then I watched as she took four buckets of ice over to the drive-thru window. She continued to walk around doing nothing really. It had been about another 8 minutes and then she finally said oh I see your order now when it was on the computer screen facing me from the moment I walked in the door. They then just start to make my order. The whole time I was standing there no one made eye contact with me. No one said hello. A gentleman walked in while I was waiting and no one acknowledged him for about 5 minutes and when they did it was the same thing. She walked over to the computer and just stared at him with a snotty look on her face. He didn't even know that she was trying to take his order because she didn't even say how can I help you. There is an extreme problem at this location with customer service. The manager wasn't any better. The manager started singing and they were all dancing in the kitchen. They were acting inappropriately. There was trash all over the floor and the employees were all on their phones. I was at Wendy's for 25 minutes for $19 order. Coming from someone who works in customer service, this is unacceptable. Wendy's is wasting payroll dollars on people that aren't working. Food...
Read moreMe and my son came through to get biscuits and gravy before he went to school and after he ate less than half he noticed black hairs in it , 1 long peace and 2 smaller ones very noticeable. So of course I checked mine which had couple bites out of it , and my god it had around 10 or so that was black as well smaller than my sons. It was like it was done on purpose because who has that much hair in 2 separate meals , so I returned and lobby was locked went back through drive thru told them that both meals had hair in them. Both my son and I have light hair mine mostly gray🤷♂️but they refused to believe that the hair came from them saying I know I ain’t shave you sure that’s hair? I’m sure mam that is someone’s hair from inside as 2 more employees walked up they were still saying that’s not my hair and they were all ladies not sure why the one would mention I didn’t shave but thought that was strange so after they started to get loud I asked for a refund the manager did give me a refund with no apology what really irritates me is knowing I’ve eaten a lot of biscuits and gravey from there not bothering to look , yes I lived and didn’t get sick but it’s just the thought of is this intentional. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS WENDYS EVER…. new management and proper hair nets is in a must need at this place if they are going to wear wigs and weaves that drop hair in customers food. But if it’s intentional then nothing will help. CHECK...
