Read moreWell, I can honestly say I haven't been to a fast food place and there be someone so happy and willingness to help with extreme patience. Everyone was polite but one employee stuck out to me this visit I believe her name was Sara, me an my son came in on Wednesday. When we did Sara eagerly walked to the door and opened it for us which was very kind of her, I've never experienced that kind of kindness before from a fast food employee. It touched me. We ordered and got our food and left. Had to turn around due to mostly my son's sauce wasn't in the bag an I was missing a fry. As I pulled back in an got out of my car, I met by Sara at the patio with bag in hand , she asked kindly if something was missing or was it made incorrectly an how could she help? I replied I'm missing a fry an sauce for my son. She happily said she'd bring it right out to me. And she did just that plus she brought out a toy for my son and apologized for the inconvenience. So I fixed my drink and was waiting for my food and a older woman called my name so I went to get my food and she accused me of stealing. I asked her what she was talking about and she said I stole a drink and I was a loser. So I told her I didn't and she said I should leave. I showed her my recipient and told her I was not stealing anything. But she was still running her mouth and showed me the computer screen and it was only the food that she could see. She was still not admitting she was in the wrong. I asked her for some ketchup and Mayo and she said she didn't have any. After a few minutes she got a little cup and put Mayo in it. With her attitude!!!!! Still to remind you she had long hair with it flying everywhere touching it with her hands and cooking on the flat grill. What a great experience.
