Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Florida

If I could rate this location zero stars, I would. The assistant manager as well as the other team members were rude and uneducated about their own menu. I ordered a Cobb salad with extra bacon and got a salad with no bacon. After asking which salad had extra bacon, the employee stated she did not know. (bizarre because they work there) I also ordered a meal and requested it to go big (large fries and drink) and did not get that. When I asked about the large fries, all the employees had attitudes and proceeded to give me 7 extra fries, as if that sufficed for the extra money I spent for the meal to be large. After requesting a refund for my whole $31 I spent, the assistant manager Trinity took 20 minutes to process my refund and acted as if she did not know what she was doing. If she cannot process a refund and or explain things in a professional manner, maybe Zaxby’s shouldn’t trust her to be in charge of one of their stores. Unprofessional Experience at Drive-Thru (10/29 at 3:48 PM)

Hi, I wanted to share feedback about my experience at your drive-thru today, 10/29, around 3:48 PM.

The woman working the drive-thru was extremely rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional. From the moment she spoke over the intercom, her tone was irritated and dismissive, as if taking my order was an inconvenience. When I went to pay using Apple Pay, she didn’t extend the card reader or make it easy for me to reach, forcing me to lean far out of my car just to complete the payment.

What really crossed the line was when I was pulling off, she said, “You should smile more.” That comment was unnecessary, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional — especially after how she had already treated me.

I usually go inside and never have issues, but this experience at the drive-thru was unacceptable. If that’s the kind of attitude she’s going to show toward customers, she should not be working in a customer-facing position.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed...

I read the online reviews and I was pretty scared, but we were staying at the Courtyard across the street and it's so convenient. We have never tried Zaxby's before today. We ordered online and they give you a 9 minute window. They have three parking spaces for pick up orders. We arrived on time and she was just finishing our order. I got a couple of pictures of the interior and we left.

We each got a Cobb Zalad with grilled chicken and a kids meal so that we could try the chicken fingers and fries. To our surprise it also comes with Goldfish Giant Grahams. The Diet Coke that I ordered tasted awful, like carbonated water with no flavor. He got an unsweetened tea and it was fine. The Zax sauce is OK. They allow you to pick two salad dressings for your salad, which is nice. The chicken tenders were juicy and good....
