Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Florida

So I was at this Zaxbys around 7:10 on Wednesday evening. I ordered 2 4 pc chicken finger plates with extra zax sauce and ranch. They only gave me one Zax sauce in each box aannddd unfortunately it took about 8-10 min from speaker to window to get our food with only 2 other people in front of us who pulled away almost immediately after we got behind them. So id say we were sitting at the window for about 7 minutes? I noticed the girl at the front counter was kinda laughing and joking around when I looked through the DT window which is fine and all. It looked like she was being pretty friendly with front customers but when I went inside to get the sauce that I did not receive in drive thru, I noticed it was just her friends and she really wasn’t paying attention to anything else going on except for her friends. The manager seemed to keep walking to the back too? I’m not sure what for obviously but I’m only saying this because after waiting and going back in to get my sauce, My chicken and fries weren’t even hot which is really disappointing. :( I really didn’t want to go up to them and tell them that my food looked like it had been sitting there for about 30 min because I manage a fast food restaurant and I know how it can be sometimes. Some shifts run differently with different people, ya know? Just thought I should let you guys know about this though. I’ll be back for sure tho! This isn't the first, second or 4th time it's like the 8th I've had this happen at this location. The salad is visibly bad look at the lettuce and cucumbers which i ask them ahead of time if its fresh. The chicken is not cooked food hazard and to top it off they took toppings off a blue cheese salad while leaving the extra blue cheese in the salad As someone who worked in hospitality for along time i will allow alot but everytime its worse than the last visit its my fault for not speaking up before. Anyone with food allergies is at risk or anyone who doesn't enjoy old food. The manager wasn't very helpful and didn't seem to see an issue with the food you prepare for people which tells me she is probably allowing this to continue and made me feel like its no an inconvenience to her. It's not okay and very upsetting bc they're over priced to begin with and i tip everytime. I have given this place a try 3 times now since they opened up and am not a satisfied customer at all. The first time i order the kickin chicken sandwich and the bread was way over toasted i couldn't even bite into it .The second time i ordered tenders and they were so over drenched in sauce and just not good . The third time being today i ordered the new seeet and smokey sandwich and was givin the wrong drink so i went back and got a new one which was givin to me with barely any ice so i asked for more ice in my tea and the girl hands me back my cup dripping with tea .I look in my bag for a napkin and of course no napkins so i ask for some napkins and at this point she is giving me a nasty look because i guess im causing her to actually properly do her job .I get home and boom no pickles on my sandwich either lol like seriously im all for employing young kids and letting them work but i would expect atleast good food for the money you spend here...
