Sandwiches Zaxby's today here in Ocala Florida on Southwest Highway 200 I picked up my food I went back to work to eat it I got done eating and I opened my cookies that I had purchased when I pull them out one of the cookies had clearly been stepped on or something ran over it there was a clear impression of something that was set on top of it I called and spoke with the manager and she said yeah no problem come on in will replace your order so when I get there I have the cookie bag in my hand and I clearly see both managers hurry up and go to the back I'm assuming to speak about the situation I do not appreciate that because they knew that I was the person walking in with the complaint they finally come back after about 10 minutes and tell me that it is not a shoe print nothing has been dropped on the floor that they went over the cameras the gentleman by the name of Rich that was there told me that it look like a tire had ran over it now if a tire had ran over at why would they serve it to a customer why wouldn't it be thrown away I was completely disgusted with that place I will never go back and I am posting this on Facebook because of the complete dissatisfaction and how rude the one store manager was the female she was very disrespectful when I got to the store she told me that she could only replacement two cookies after and after a fight and basically an argument she replace my meal but I will never go back there or to any other Zaxby's again because of the situation I do not know what's going on with my food or anybody else's for that matter and it being dropped on the floor and served I'm going to report this to the Health Board because it is not safe as not sanitary and it's not right I don't know what else to do about this. ...
Read moreFor the 4th time is the past 4 visits, this particular Zaxby’s has gotten our order wrong. We have placed 3 online orders, one wasn’t ready nor in their system when we arrived to pick up (so we had to reorder & get a refund), the other orders were always missing at least 2 of our items. And then tonight, we went in, placed our order - waited 23 min for it and yet AGAIN, our order was missing 2 fries, a chocolate milk & dressing for our salad. When we asked about the items, they couldn’t find our receipt so we left and decided to call and speak to a manager yet, per usual - they will not answer their phone. How is it that your service has gone so far downhill in recent months that the SAME issues continue to come up? Lazy employees not caring enough about service quality and that is a trickle down effect from MANAGEMENT! They just don’t seem to care anymore. You have now lost another long time customer due to your lack of quality service and lack of care! See recent feedback for this Zaxby’s, in every response they pass the buck to their online feedback instead of taking time for each customer and reaching out to them in a personal manner. Read moreIf I could give negative stars I would. In August after being discharged from the hospital I got a Zaxby's salad on the way home. They were unprofessional and took so long making the salad we had to move forward and wait. I was halfway through eating it when I saw the scab. I immediately tried calling and they didn't answer so I filed a complaint on their website. Someone responded wanting the date, time and location. To which I provided. She told me someone from the restaurant would be in contact. No one was. After a week or so I emailed and filed another complaint, the same person responded and apologized saying someone would contact me. No one ever contacted me. We went to the restaurant to get food today and specifically asked to please make sure there is no scab in this salad because last time there was one in it and the employee ignored the statement asking to repeat what kind of salad I wanted.
