Finally a REAL brewing company restaurant in SW Ocala. A wonderful brewing company with variety and all the extra amenities. If you are seated at the bar, ask for Brook. She is welcoming, friendly and will explain the whole food and drink menu, which includes 12 taps of beer. You can even see the stainless steel drums for brewing beer. For those that don't appreciate beer, there are other drink choices like hard cider and alcohol. There is even a large monitor that displays the drinks with descriptions. There is a variety of food items including flatbread type pizzas, a kids menu and appetizers to nosh on. The atmosphere is lively and colorful. On Saturdays there is live music starting at 6 PM. Ask for Lou. He is relaxed and not over powering with just the right amount of bounce in the music. For sports fans there are 2 sports TVs. They do not dominate the restaurant. You can actually hear the folks at your table. For trivia fans Thursday is your night. 7 PM - 9 PM is when all the fun happens. Parking is plentiful and free. This place is universally accessible, including the bathrooms. No need to stay home. Come and have some fun. All in all, this is the Cheers...
Read moreBetween flights and full beers, my wife and I tried 10 beers, a flat bread, a Cuban, and the pretzels. The flavors of each are prevalent in the direction they're going for, as opposed to the limp in introductory versions of craft you may find elsewhere. They're fantastic. The Irish stout is pleasantly toasted, the Twinger beer has a ton of ginger nose. The beer cheese has perfect jalapeno touch without alarming heat and the horseradish mustard is all of the taste with none of the nose burn. The Cuban had what I believe was a curry added into the mustard that made it both unique and delightful. My wife and I loved every bite and sip that we had there and will certainly be going back again every time we have the time and thought to head out to a bar for a meal and some beer tastings. The variety of selection and performance on each was well beyond expectations. I can't wait to try their other seasonal selections and new creations as...
Read moreSuper cute atmosphere and the waiter was really nice and attentive. We had our dog with us and although they're not dog friendly inside we were able to sit outside with our dog which was nice. Bathrooms were clean and music wasn't too loud. For food we got the pretzel and the street corn nachos which were absolutely delicious. For my meal I got the bbq pulled pork panini which came with kettle chips and it was good. My partner got the cb+j (cashew butter and jelly) which I tried and it was soooo good. They don't do flights but they do 2 oz glasses so you can try them. We tried the Ruby Bay, Paid Time Off, Everyday is Saturday, Hiatus Pink Boots Blend, and the Strawberry Fest Milkshake Pie-PA. Out of all of them the Hiatus Pink Boots Blend was my favorite and the Paid Time Off was my partners favorite. The Strawberry Fest Milkshake was really good too. Definitely recommend if you're in the area and looking for a...
