If you're going to tow people's cars when they park in your lot for more than a few minutes, you should at least have the common courtesy to post a notice that violators will be towed. Your sign which was poorly located says "no long term parking". It should read, parking for restaurant patrons only. All others will be towed. And, it should be very visible so it could not be missed.
Taking advantage of people, especially young people going to the fair who have probably been saving their $ to even be able to go; then having "spotters" lie in wait watching for violators to post their cars for towing is a low life thing to do! Why not have those spotters warn the people that they need to move their cars or they'll be towed? After all, isn't that your goal to preserve your parking for customers? That would have served the same purpose without having to actually tow their vehicle and charge them $130 CASH to get their cars back. No, you'd rather cash in on them. That's why you had multiple tow trucks lined up and "spotters" in place to tag each person as they crossed the street. It was your goal to profit from their mistake! It didn't happen to me, but to my daughter and many, many others. They were towing cars all night long. I hope you reap what you sow and your business suffers from your greed. I know I will never patronize your restaurant under any circumstances, and I'll tell others not to as well! I'll relay what type of greedy establishment you have. Actually, you have just given me another excuse to avoid your restaurant because your food is lousy and it's over priced too!
By the way, having your employees openly laugh at the victims of your sham was rude and unprofessional!! What type of management do you have there? When is it funny to laugh at other people's misfortune? You should...
Read moreWent in to order some food, no one at register. Stood there for 10 minutes while a group of 3 stood in front of me. Guy finally comes, 1 person in the group of 3 said they were waiting for riley, guy walks off, gets riley, riley comes up, comes out from behind counter, laughing and joking with his family. No one comes back to register to take any orders. Others walked in and standing in line behind me. Total of 15 mins standing there waiting for someone to take my order. No one ever did. I turned around and walked out. Sad vibe in the place, no one looked happy to be at work. Absolutely horrible customer service. From someone who ran restaurants and bars for years and a current business owner, this is piss poor management and training in the service industry. Not that my review or losing my business is going to hurt this place. I will still voice what a horrible experience that just was. Especially being hungry after working all day. I wouldnt have even given it 1 sta, if i could have wrote a review without selecting a star. More like -10 stars. Hope they enjoyed...
Read moreWe ordered our food, after I paid the receipt got stuck and she was not able to give me one, the cashier Jazlynn never placed our order, we didn’t find out until 25 minutes later as we noticed that everyone that was after is had received their orders and were in and out. I came back up to the counter asked about my order they could not find it, another young lady asked me and she placed the order once again. When she asked Jocelyn about my order she looked at me like she’s never seen me before and said ask the person in the back, I told her you were the one that took my order, I asked her what did she do with the receipt, she said probably through it away. 45 minutes later I ask about our food once again! Finally the manager brought to us! My biggest complaint is take responsibility for what happen, we didn’t go there because we wanted to hang out! We are hungry. Manager very friendly but that is her job. I really like going there but today was a horrible experience specially when one is Hungry! This was at Zaxbys Goodwin Lane...
