A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Florissant

First off I would like to say that A&W is my favorite fast food place and about the only one I still eat at (fast food place). This is not the one I normally go to, and I will not be back here. We go in and order, a lil busy but not bad - it was 630 on a Sunday evening. Waited about 12 mins, hardly 'fast' food , and our order was up. 1 of the things I ordered was a poppa burger with cheese no sauce. It wasnt there. They tell us ok we'll get that right up. 5 mins go by, here it is. Nope, that's a double cheeseburger. Ok, sorry they tell us. Another 5 mins. Here it is. Nope, thats a bacon double cheeseburger. Ok, sorry. Another 5 mins, here it is. Nope, this is meat cheese and a bun, no toppings at all. I'm sorry again. Another 5 mins, here it is. Mind you, I've repeated what I ordered every single time. She asks, is it right this time ? Nope, but we have to be somewhere and we're leaving. Poppa burger with cheese, and sauce. I am allergic to the sauce. I couldn't eat it. We got where we were going and I threw it away. On the other hand, the fish taco was good. Funny, she completely screwed up our order, and acted like she did us a favor - I got a sandwich, she charged us for a meal. But didn't charge us for my root beer float. Even trade I guess. Then, I actually got the meal, and a large root beer float. I ordered a small. And I couldn't eat the fries cuz they were salted. Apparently there is not a single employee here who is smart enough to even add 2+2 and get 4. It was a...

I wish there was a way to give ZERO stars (1st visit) Over twenty minute wait in the drive thru. (2nd visit) 8pm Saturday 2/09 visit...I should've learned my lesson from the first visit but mom wanted LJS. We were in the drive thru blowing my horn for service... No answer!!! So, I pulled up to the window and saw two employees talking behind the counter. I blew my horn again and waved my hand. The young guy saw me and motioned to the lady he was talking to that we were in the window. She had her back to the window. She waved her hand begging her as if to say "forget them" and continued to talk to him. We sat there in disbelief. She walked away keeping her back to us. As we were pulling away (in shock) we saw the dark dining area had five other young employees sitting in tables having a good ole time. WOW, never again will we go there. My latest visit (today) was terrible. I visited store 32076 on 1230 Graham Road Florissant MO. I pulled into the drive thru was told they have NO ice cream for floats, no onion rings, and no tarter sauce.... My fish was cold and under cooked and I had about 3 fries in my "medium" fries. My husbands fries were WET and had congealed to the bag at best.. The green beans an cole slaw came in a container that contained NO MORE than 2 oz and wasn't even full of either product. How as a fish and A&W restaurant be out of ice cream, onion rings and give less than sub par portions of side items. WORST 18 dollars I have spent and will NOT be returning. I can get better fish and chicken from the local grocery store for much less money and much less a...
