It was my fault for believing the photoshop photos and not reading the reviews, but please avoid this property at all costs. It is beyond sketchy and I've stayed in some questionable places before. I have never felt so unsafe while traveling before. The location is rough and the property itself has fallen into disrepair. For $178 at a 3 night stay, we got a king size smokey room with cigarette burns on the bed and furniture, smell of cigarette smoke and "night workers" conducting their business next door. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. We turned in our keys and could not stay after one night. I am currently trying to get someone to get back to me to get my money back. We booked the room through T-Mobile Travel via Priceline. This property is deplorable and in disrepair. Corporate needs to send someone here to whip it back into shape because it is failing miserably. The person behind the desk was nice enough and assigned us a room on the first floor. Unbeknownst to me, I had parked in the wrong spot. That cost me someone banging on the door at various parts of the night because I was blocking their "clientele" parking spot. This place needs to be flagged and shut down ASAP. It it beyond sketchy and I have never felt so unsafe before and that is a major red flag. When we went to check out early, the person behind the desk didn't seem surprised by our reason for leaving. I guess it's a common thing that happens there? I work in the service industry and I've been on the other side of that desk before but I have felt more compelled to write a review than now. I've stayed at properties where people fight and yell, but it eventually dies down. This "business" went on throughout the night and according to my husband, all of the parking spaces were filled. When we packed up in the morning, there were barely any cars there. Please save yourself the money and just save yourself and stay elsewhere. Do your due diligence and heed the warnings of these reviews. It can costs you more than you're willing to pay. I have my dermatologists on speed dial because I thought I was going to need some treatments for scabies, quite honestly. Corporate, please read these reviews and fix this property. Please send people in there to bring this property up to shape. I don't hold high expectations, but at least make it a solid 3 start property, minimum. The reviews state that it's in the 2/5 range and it is honestly a 0/5 property.

The girl at check-in was oh so nice to me. Very polite and friendly. I went to first room and electric cords were running out of it to another room. No fridge or microwave. The second room couldn't get door open and no fridge or microwave. The third room had a fridge and microwave so this is where I stayed. The furniture was old wore out and dated. Looked like some of it came off curb. The safe was busted. The room was dirty like it just wasn't cleaned well. Leaks in the toilet and bathtub. Bathroom is small and inconvenient. It has a odor like something I just can't know what it is. Like 1980 cigarettes or something. Some wall plugs were not safe for children, loose and uncovered. I booked it off the Wyndham site so the pictures on there lie. I'm actually getting tired of that site cause the pictures and amenities are not going on. My recommendation is if you're dog tired it'll do otherwise find another.

Now, I know they say “you get what you pay for,” but I thought basic housekeeping and hygiene was a standard, especially since COVID. From cobwebs, to mold, this place looks like it hasn’t been touched in ages. I would’ve been [was] fine with; the initial reservation being changed because the first room was missing the refrigerator; the accommodation also missing a refrigerator; (in the 2nd accommodation) the missing microwave plate; the epileptic seizure-inducing lamp near the entryway; the hair dryer I spent 5 minutes cleaning only to find the cord was partially severed; the phone whose cord was ripped from the wall, IF the rooms were clean. Soon after the room got warm, the roaches that were mounted to the walls started receiving visitors. At some point, you’d think Wyndham would step in to save the brand… right? P.S. These photos are from two different “accommodations.”

Jumping Jesus, lose the bums in the parking lot! Security? Oh I guess not. Too bad because when you drive into the parking lot at night, all the losers hanging out there just glare at you like you are about to preform a frigging drive-by on them! Glad I do carry a huge gun, didn't know why anybody in their 40's would be so lame as to just sit in a dark parking lot and drink, smoke, and fondle their fat ugly girlfriends. Oh well, to each his own.

We had a wonderful room though (#273) very secure, very safe, and at a decent price ($63). Big room, comfy bed, desk, couch, dressers, even a heating lamp in the bathroom. Clean throughout INSIDE. Outside was another story. Glad I show up armed!

I gave it a 4 star because I was overly and pleasantly surprised at the room and the rates. But threw it a huge negative to the hooligans hanging outside near the pool area in the parking lot at midnight, with all their fat ugly girlfriends sweating and drinking and what-not ( get a job ya frigging banana heads, oh and tell your girlfriends to have another shot of pancake and to keep their chins up, things will get better...NOT ). Yeah, yeah, I know.... sombody's gotta love them, and who better than a bunch of unemployed welfare rats, because "us guys" wouldn't.

So back to the hotel. Inside is great, clean up the outside ( i.e. the riff-raff ) and you got a nice place to stay!

So 5 stars for the room, and 1 for the outside...

If I could give this zero stars, I would. Upon pulling into the parking lot it looked very run down and unkept. While the lady behind the desk was very pleasant and accommodating, it would never return or recommend this "hotel" in my life. My husband and I went with our two young children and were placed in a room that smelled of nothing but marijuana, we checked in and left to grab dinner and had to walk to the other end of the the hotel to get to our car, and it was an aroma of marijuana the whole entire way. When we came back from dinner my husband requested a different room, which they were able to accommodate, but we were placed next to people that were with the group we were originally put next to. The showers were dirty, bathrooms were less than clean. The pull out mattress had blood stains on it. The bed my husband and I slept in had stains on the sheets. Unfortunately we were unable to get a refund and go somewhere else since the hotel couldn't refund us since we booked through a third party, and we just didn't have it in our budget for the weekend to pay for another room. Although we had a great time in St. Louis in general, we'll have a hard time returning to the city in general after this experience. I'm upset we had no other choice than to have our...
