Chin's Wok — Restaurant in Florissant

Firstly, this place has poor customer service. Me and my brother only came here because it was the nearest chinese place open on a sunday. We walk in, order our food and whilst trying to pay my brother handed the lady his card and said “wait a moment i need to unlock it” yet she proceeded to swipe it. So when it declined she threw it on the counter to us and got an attitude even though he politely told her he needed to unlock the card before she swiped. Red flag and we should’ve left.

Second. I don’t eat meat. I ordered a small order of PLAIN fried rice (extra egg & onion). When we got back to the car I checked my bag before we pulled off. BEEF in my rice and the eggs were burnt. I took it back and politely told the lady I asked for plain, she had me wait no less than 3 minutes for them to fix my order and when I got back to the car my food was horrible. Barely any egg(which I paid for extra) the rice was flavorless, and the onions were literally still RAW and the pieces were barely chopped they were huge.

Needless to say, I won’t ever return here. To top it off, I got sick after eating it. I don’t recommend, find...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! We have tried many times to give this place a 2nd, 3rd, etc. etc chance and it's always the same ..... we get average food, and average service, but because they deliver we keep trying. Most businesses would try and make a regular customer happy, and yes we order at least once a month, but that has come to an end!. We ordered fried dumplings, ( something we regularly order ), and this time they came over cooked. Some even as far as blackened. I called to correct and was told that's how we do it. As I said we've been ordering these for a long time. This was not normal. The obnoxious woman who answered the phone refused to correct the order without charging me an additional fee to send out a properly prepared order, continuing to claim that's how we do it, while not allowing me to speak. This place has no concept of customer service or tact. The food has never been great but the employees are horrible. If you like contributing to their horrendous behavior, feel free to...

First the service was super slow. I ordered while grocery shopping, was in the store for at least 30 min. When I got there she said it would be 10 more minutes which turned into another 30. I ordered pineapple chicken combo plate and the chicken was not edible, meaning I was chewing and chewing and the meat was just getting stringy. I spit it out and examined it and you can't tell me it was chicken. I had to tear it apart and it was hard to do that. It was stringy, the best way I can describe it. I like dark rice but this rice was borderline burnt. I got my daughter the orange chicken plate and the first piece she picked up had a long strand of hair wrapped around it. We found more hair as we inspected. Needless to say we both threw ours away. After reading these reviews, I see there is no point in complaining. I have to just call it a loss of money...
