Mugshots Grill and Bar - Flowood, MS — Restaurant in Flowood

I called in a Togo order with door dash for pickup. I arrived to get my order and I was directed to go to the bar to pick up my order. I went to the bar and was not acknowledged until about 10 minutes of standing at the bar and walking on the other side to where staff was coming in and out of the kitchen. I informed a waitress that I had to go order to pick up and she went to go check on it. The waitress brought me 2 bags about 15 minutes later, not tied up or ready to go. I had about 7 orders but I immediately noticed I was missing a milkshake. I informed her that I was missing a milkshake and needed some ranch for the pickle appetizer (there was none provided). After waiting 15 minutes for a MILKSHAKE, I then noticed a manager, I asked him if he could just refund the milkshake and I'd be on my way, he agreed and walked to the back. I never saw that man (white man with dark hair) again nor did I see that refund. Knowing I had 4 kids at home that needed food I had no more time to wait so I just left. I got home and was missing a kids meal burger, I had no silverware, no milkshake, my chicken on a salad was partly raw on one end and I never received that ranch. I understand we are coming out of a pandemic and a staff shortage is real. I was acknowledged by 2 servers and I reached out to a manager and a bartender and still had no resolution in the restaurant. The kitchen was full of cooks and the restaurant had plenty of people...

We have eaten at Mugshots for years as a team. As usual we called ahead the day before and explained who we were and that we needed reservations for a group of 30. Jason, the manager in charge, took our reservation and said call before you leave the hotel. Just like Jason said, we called from the hotel they said they would be ready. When we got to Mugshots in Flowood, Evidently they had done the same thing with two other groups. Three groups all promised a place. I spoke to the manager, Troy, who explained they did not take reservations. I explain to Troy that Jason did take our reservation that was supposed to be our room. The lady from the other group explained she had made a reservation as well and then a woman from the third group also said they took our reservation also. One group got the room to other groups where denied service. We probably will not eat at Mugshots again when we come to state competitions in Jackson Mississippi. Cliff, the manager did call and explain they do not take reservations. I explained they did and they dropped the ball big-time on this. Usually I’d give Mugshots 5 stars but I went to eat there last night and it wasn’t even busy at all and the service was horrible. I went on a double date last night there and Someone sat us and then the people behind us got (who were there after us) seated and had someone come take their orders and then some other people showed up after that and got waited on also. A good 5-10 minutes go by and no one had served us yet or even asked for our drinks and I finally ask can I get a waitress? After the waitress comes to take our orders a good thirty minutes go by and she brings us refills and Then another 30 minutes go by and everyone had already eaten (whom came in after us) and paid their tickets and so we ask the manager where’s our food at we’ve been waiting for at least an hour and that everyone had already eaten and paid but he tried saying we had only had been waiting for 20 minutes and then he went to go check and realized how long we had waited and said our food will be right out and that he apologized. Then our food comes and my burger is completely wrong and my side of honey mustard had hair in it. I was very disappointed last night with the food and service (they were NOT busy) but I believe in second chances and like I’ve said before I’ve never had issues with Mugshots so I’ll be going back just not sure when. I expect better service and food...
