Legacy Theaters Parkway — Local services in Flowood

We went to go see Monkey Man at the latest showing and when we got ready to leave we realized my girlfriend had misplaced her keys. We were lucky enough to find the assistant manager Sir James to help us look. Even though he had clocked out he looked over the theater repeatedly with us without even a hint of annoyance or aggravation. All he said was he was glad he was able to help. And when we ultimately couldn't find the keys he told us he would keep looking the next day and sat with us and waited for someone to pick us up. He absolutely went out of his way to help us and was easily the best customer experience I've had. Movie was great, the theatre was very well furnished and the other staff we met before the movie were all nice as well....

I had the worst experience today! First, they would not give me an empty nacho basket to share my large popcorn that was purchased (also purchased 2 fountain drinks and 2 large candies). Then, once we sat down in our theater it was obviously ridiculously hot! I left to ask the manager if the air was broken. He responded that it was indeed broken (IN AUGUST HEAT) and that if we wanted to leave they would refund us the movie. Why weren’t we told this before we drove to the movies, and bought food, candy, and drinks! So you expect us to sit in a hot theater after keeping this information from us, and you still won’t give us an empty nacho basket?! WHAT A SCAM. I’ll be making the drive from Flowood to Madison...

This was the best experience ever! It was my first time visiting since reopening. Upon arrival, the staff was incredibly polite and helpful. Unfortunately, after watching my movie, I lost my keys. It was late at night, and everyone had left except for one manager, Sir James. He went above and beyond, staying with me until 1 in the morning to help search for my keys. Despite not finding them, he ensured I made transportation arrangements to get home safely. Instead of leaving me alone, he stayed with me, showing genuine care and concern.
