This McDonald's probably the busiest in the whole Sacramento county area. It's always packed. They have the best kitchen I have ever seen, big and spacious the layout is perfect.
The staff is consistent they retain staff that's how you can tell they are good to work for too that they treat employees well. I talked to the employees and they tell me that it's a really good work environment. I love the staff they are always good but it's a very busy location and it's usually well staffed 14 to 16 people.
They get your order to you as fast as they can. My only complaint is that the food is dry but that's at every location MacDonald's food in general is dry to me personally.
Parking is very limited and you have to sometimes park over by T.J. Max and then walk over. Also people don't seem to know that it's 5 mph speed limit around here in the parking lot and they want to go really fast like 30 mph. So you guys be really careful crossing the street and driving around in this parking lot. Definitely have a dash cam when you come.
Reasonable price for food and preparation time given the volume of customers it's reasonably priced. Considering this place is crammed and jammed with customers they also have the kiosk but sometimes the kiosk doesn't work for the payment the machine gives out so it still takes your order but it won't process your payment. So then you have to go to the register and wait for someone to basically take your payment. Despite it being so busy it seems like a pretty quiet place definitely a lot better than Starbucks. Which makes it a good place to come eat and study and get away from distractions and home to get her assignments done. The only thing is that it do not have any plugs anywhere so if you come you will have to bring your own rechargeable battery ports if you want to study here and bring your laptop that type of thing. Also there is no refills because there's a lot of homeless people in this area and a lot of prostitutes in this area so they got rid of everything that would make it so that they could basically be attracted to this location. For that reason you will basically have to get large enough drink so that you can have it because they do not do refills here. There's also no plugs on the wall except for one where the soda machine used to be. But you can't really sit over there and study so definitely bring your own battery...

Read moreI'm concerned in the manner your customers are being treated. I frequent your restaurant and tonight when I went through the drive through on my motorcycle, ordered a few thing along with 2 plain mcdoubles and to my suprise when I got home I realized they where not plain. Witch is not a big problem the plain translation can get lost some times. My older sister was on her way home so I asked her to stop by the store to see if she could remedie my problem. Sadly but understandably they would not just hand over $3 worth of cheese burgers and stated that I must return to the store. So I decided to get in my car and drive down there where I was immediately rejected and told that I must have my recipient (witch was not given to me) or the food that I had accidentally left at home. There I am making my 3rd trip back to your restaurant with my order in hand. All to have the manager that was so invested in making sure I wasnt swindling two cheeseburgers ($3) refuse to come to the window and inspect my burgers for plainness and instead has two of the nice ladies assist in reprinting my receipt and making the burgers. So if you haven't come to the conclusion yet sadly I will not be frequenting your restuarant due to being treated like the hamburglar. It was an honest mistake on his part but sadly his ego had to get in the way of admitting the mistake and reconciling it in a...
