Subway — Restaurant in Folsom

I forgot her name. It is on March 19, 2019 at 7:30pm. I was on my lunch break. When I got there, she was mopping the floor. She told me, she will be right there. About a min, she put the mop away n she asked me what would I like to order. I asked her ( did u wash ur hand?) Then she say oh... then wash her hand of front of me. Dry hand n out a glove on. As she was making my sandwich. I asked her to put some lettuce on my sandwich, I see a few black lettuce n she don't see take the black lettuce away. I would have to tell her . Please take out the pieces of black lettuce. She say where. I would have to point it was it was berry in the middle . She did take it out but never say sorry. Come it is foods. I want my sandwich to be clean. Every employee to wash their hands after every break, bathroom break, n after they clean the room. Especially making sandwich...

I'm giving this subway 3 stars because, the subs tasted pretty good. The quality of the vegetables weren't too good (especially the tomatoes). Our issue is with the sub artist/ cashier, she had NO Customer Service whatsoever! No greeting - No eye contact, she didn't even ask if we wanted "anything else" on our subs! We had to repeat ourselves several times, & if I'm being brutally honest, we couldn't understand a thing she was saying. The music & oven noises were louder than her! Enter at your own risk. Subway is not the same as it used to be. I used to enjoy going here but the quality seems to be fading. Skimpy portions seem to be the trend in most of these restaurants. I understand that the company has to profit but the portions have to equal the price. Good in a hurry but there are definitely better sandwich shops out there.
