This place does not deserve one star.
Our team of three came to town for meetings and we decided to meet at Bagelmeister for some coffee and food.
8:30 Am comes and my 1st colleague is there, I arrive after, still waiting on the third person and the owner (old) man just kept staring us down so rude and creepy. Once the third colleague walks in, he uses the bathroom to wash his hands and the owner approaches him so rudely if he’s going to order something, mind you we just got there “RELAX” all I could think about was getting a cup of coffee to start and tea for my third colleague and the owner abruptly kicks us out saying “that’s not gonna do it, come on you’re sitting at a table for three and you’re only ordering that” “sorry not gonna do it” ….. super embarrassing as another table of ladies had just cups of tea, no wonder his building is for sale such an awful way to treat customers.
Note to owner (angry old man): When people come in to your establishment, give them time to settle in and order don’t just jump in abruptly and force them to order on the spot. Cafes are meant to sit and work while you drink...
Read moreI first became a fan of Bagelmeister while visiting for work. The Snickers cream cheese that my colleague brought in was awesome. The bagels were also delicious, but I decided to pick up this novelty to bring home. I've since spread the Snickers cream cheese on all my breakfast foods. I think it's especially delicious spread between 2 slice of french toast. I also ordered a mango smoothie while in the store. I would pass on these on future visits. It was flavorful, but really just mango puree (?) blended with ice. I was expecting yogurt or something else to balance out the sugar. I could have added a banana for another $0.50, but it still wouldn't have been the more balanced breakfast item I thought I was ordering. Anyway, there are lots of tables to sit at. There were a group of older gentleman sitting around, drinking coffee, and sharing conspiracy theories. It's a trip...
Read moreThis is a really nice place to sit down and enjoy a breakfast bagel and a drink in a cozy environment. My wife and I stopped there on a Saturday morning in December when we decided to do some shopping on Main Street. We sat for about 45 minutes and relaxed while enjoying what we had ordered, which for me was a cheese bagel sandwich ( scrambled eggs, cheese and bacon; see the attached pictures ) and a Coke. This is the second time I've had this in the past month and both occasions I've been very pleased with my sandwich. Try stopping in some morning when you have the time to sit and enjoy your breakfast...I'm sure you'll be...
