Culver’s — Restaurant in Fond du Lac

Update: In a pinch tonight on 12-9-23 decided to try my luck. Order #72 8:32pm. Flabby uncooked bacon that was barely warm. The works and deluxe had. Maybe 1-3 tiny pieces of onion. 1-2 pickles each. Burgers not hot. Fries and curds were good at least. Cost $19.60. Actual value maybe $5. Not much has changed at this location.

Overall a bad culvers. Quality of food is subpar compared to other Culver restaurants I've been too. Have been served on a few occasions cheese curds that are cold in the center. Crispy chicken sandwiches that are barely lukewarm in the center. This tells me they don't temp their chicken. Serving cold chicken is a food borne illness waiting to happen. This location skimps you on toppings with custard. Ask for a vanilla concrete mixer with caramel sauce blended in. You get a vanilla concrete mixer with barely any caramel sauce. Every... Single... Time. The same thing. Even recently had a male employee there pissed at me because he clearly didn't want to deal with any customers 30mins before close. Sighing at me. Snatching money out of my hands. I could go on. But this...

I typically go to Culver's for their ice cream...and since I had planned on taking my granddaughter to get ice cream after school last Friday, I was already wondering what I was gonna order later as I drove by in the morning on my errand run for the day. When I saw their flavor of the day, I started to wonder whether or not they would make a sundae with that particular flavor.. When my granddaughter and I got there after 4 PM, that was the first thing I asked and they happily obliged…so what I ordered is what's in the attached picture: A salted caramel pecan pie-flavored Tuerle Sundae. Needless to say it was absolutely heavenly -- one of the best sundaes I've ever had in my life. It was gone in under 5 minutes because I don't think I took a breath during the time I was scarfing this down. Trust me, if I see this flavor listed on the marquis again anytime soon, I'll definitely be going back for another sundae. HIGHLY...

We were extremely disappointed in the cleanliness and service of the Culvers in Elkhorn WI! The bathrooms were disgusting. The garbage in the dining area was overflowing. Someone spilled fruit punch all over the counter and floor. The mess was there when we came in and Noone came to clean up the mess after sitting there for over 10 min. I went up and informed the front counter of the mess that was right in front of the ketchup and pop.
