i had a pickup order, and when i arrived my boyfriend went inside to grab our bag. we got home and opened the bag for our order to be completely wrong. i checked the name and it was similar to mine but not my name. i called to tell them they gave us the wrong order…the guy on the phone proceeds to say my boyfriend took the wrong bag, and frankly had a bit of an attitude. honestly it’s b.s. because all the pickup bags are on the back counter until the person who is picking up gets HANDED the bag, in which that’s what my boyfriend said had happened. i usually never have an issue with the morning/afternoon people, but the night people are always screwing around...

Read moreThe minus one star is for the app. It is a PAIN to use gift cards on the app if you don't have the exact amount needed to cover your order. Splitting the payment is so complicated its not worth it. I like using the app because I have a big family so its easier to get everyone's order done that way and have it ready ahead of time. I could call it in but I do wish they would make the payment portion of the app easier to navigate. Otherwise the food is always delicious and the customer service is top notch.
