Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Fond du Lac

I went thru the drive thru after work one evening to grab some chicken tenders for my husband. It was 9pm and only 2 cars ahead of me. By 915pm we had only moved 1 car and by 925 I was FINALLY at the window. (Mind you i had planned to run to a diff place that closes at 930 to get myself something-which didn't happen). Both cars ahead of me got small bags of food so I couldn't understand the issue until I was the next to the window. The kids in there seemed to not be able to stay on track. The young lady walked away while the bag of food and drink for the guy ahead of me sat there. Idk what she did but she didn't come back, some boy did after a few minutes. He stood there, talking-with his back turned to the drive thru- before he realized the guy ahead of me hadn't gotten his order. Then, when, I pulled up he grabbed my box of food that had, also, been sitting there, shoved 2 napkins through the top of the box and shoved the food at me thru the window-no bag. The food was for my husband. Where in my new car am I supposed to put the food?...with crumbs falling out n grease on the box. On top of that the fries and bread were cold. A bag may have helped that but I think my order was sitting there for a bit b4 I got it. I get that I showed up a half hour before close but it shouldn't take 25 min to get my food, should be in a bag and shouldn't have gross, ungloved hands shoving napkins inside my box of food. You could tell this kid was unhappy there were people that ordered food at the end of the night. This is the second time I've dealt with this exact kid being crabby. I hope my husband gets outta this dq craving. Until then I'm heading to W Johnson-which is nowhere near my house. That's how...

We go there often some days great service other days not. Went through drive thru the intercom was not working right or girl didnt know how to work it. Started our order for chicken stripe baskets we were not sure if she got it. We moved ahead she ask us for our drink order and sindaes we paid than she handed us the boxes individually which are usually put in bag together but whatever so we waited for the rest of order after a few minutes she open the window door and ask if we needed something els. We said yes the rest of our order which for third time we told her what it was. Usually sundau and drink come in a carrier just like the chicken no carrier. Fries were cold she did say she was sorry but the car before us order screwed up they had him park on side by subway girl bought it we notice guy got back out and went inside something was missing . I think new workers if they were new need to be supervise better for...

I stopped here on my lunch hour to get a Blizzard -- specifically, a large chocolate chip cookie dough Blizzard with Butterfinger and Reese's Peanut Butter Cup. Good LORD was it ever amazing !! Yeah, I know...I was consuming enough calories for two entire days...but boy, was it ever worth it. 😉👍

My wife, sister-in-law, brother-in-law and I stopped in a couple of days ago after a sweaty move in July and decided to get a meal together. I had a chicken strip basket ( with 2 containers of gravy 🥰 ) with fries and a drink. I've had this MANY times before but hadn't had the presence of mind to take pictures previously...until now.
